Disappointed
I booked on line for 1 new tyre, plus free tyre check , this was not done ,
The on line suggested a Hankook tyre which I bought only to be told it didn’t match the others I had on the car , and I would have to come back next day , then told they found one, that wasn’t on stock list, that matched speed rating but was an extra £5 , total shambles staff with very poor customer skills , with a don’t really care attitude

Great service at a decent price
Ordered my chosen tyres online and got a price, including fitting, that undercut most if not all. The service was excellent from start to finish. I used the online chat and the lady was very helpful. I went to the fitting centre and everyone was helpful and polite. Thanks

Good Price. Friendly Staff
Ordered tyres online through the website at a reasonable cost. Arrived at the depot at the stated time. But a hitch. They found the valves to the TPMS sensors needed replacing as previous tyres were losing air and also the wheel nuts on the car were all unserviceable. The manager showed the issue with both the valves and the wheel nuts and even showed me what replacement wheel nuts to buy. Infact I’d say they went above and beyond going out their way to help. Thank you Nuneaton team and Bill the area manager

Bought 4 new tyres
Bought 4 new tyres. I explained when I dropped my van off, that my spare was flat, and asked the fitter to swap it out so I have 1 good tyre as a spare. He totally ignored my request and left my with a flat spare.
