Service well done. The worker in charge I believe Charlie(hope I didn't get the name wrong) goes above and beyond to provide the best service.
Too bad still have some rudimentary tools to work with. The Alignment is still made old style, old plates under the tires, the car needs to be jacked to place the plates underneath, no ramp for the worker to do the job easier and faster, have to be laying down on the floor to complete the alignment, this takes a bit longer, the faster the service is done, the faster more vehicles can be in the garage to change tires. Provide the right tools and more adequate tools to your workers please.

Just had front tyres fitted at Old Stratford site. I must commend the young man working there on his own with the way he not only supplied and fitted my tyres but the way he handled walk ins and phone calls whilst dealing with his booked appointments as well. Great professionalism and customer care shown Just Tryes should be very proud of this young man dealing with running the show all on his own znd keeping customers happy. I'm so pleased that I can buy tyres on line from Just Tyres. I've had .my second double puncture in a month and being able to get the wheels refitted whilst I waited and with minimum effort and at a good price helped make a bad incident much better. Old Stratford always gives me a very good trusted service.

I honestly can't thank these guys enough, absolutely amazing service from two very personable people who have an incredible knowledge of their job. I had a full tyre change and even with a little hiccup they went above and beyond to make sure they could complete the job. I will definitely be going to them again, at the Old Stratford branch for all future tyre issues. A huge big thank you!

All ready good. Competitive prices for my unusual size tyres which needed ordering in. Booked and paid, for the next day fitted in the time slot.

Popped in to book an appointment late on a Sat for the following week. Received great service. Appointment was smooth and on time great attention from Charlie at the Old Stratford site. Quick, efficient, and great customer service, would fully recommend for any tyre issues.

Great prices, the local garage, and the fitting experience was a pleasure. Good range of tyres to choose from, easy to book an appointment and the fitter was very careful in his work even though they were cheap tyres on steel rims

It does what it says on the tin. Easy to book on website, friendly staff at the Old Stratford site had all the info available. Quick fitting. Bosh! All done.

The ordering process was easy, the tyre was delivered when expected, and the local service guys were super helpful. They are my local provider but even so, there is no need to go anywhere else from my side as they were the best price and as I said, the best service.

I had a blow out and limped to Just Tyres about 4.30pm on a cold and wet night.

Drove out 30 minutes later with a new tyre at a very reasonable price and had the tracking done for free.

A very friendly and helpful service.

Great service - had a flat tyre which I changed and within 1 hour I had it all sorted for a good price. Would use them again but hope I don’t have to as flat tyres are a pain in the butt lol

Had a punctured tyre. Took the car in. Swift service and picked up when ready. As good of a service as should be expected. Showed me where the tyre was punctured and everything.

Booked in (and paid) online. Scheduled 30 min appointment - finished in 20. Ideal

Needed four tyres for a wheel swap on my son’s car. Ordered them online for fitting at Old Stratford centre. We brought four loose wheels so we could fit at home but the guys kindly fitted them to the car. Great service and prices. Will be back to see them.
