If there had been a zero star option, I would have used it.
Booked 2 front tyres a week in a week in advance and paid up front. I arrived in good time for my 11.00 am appointment and was told, your tyres are not here and we can’t offer you anything else, no phone call and no apology. I now have to wait 5/7 days for my money to be refunded

Booked on line for the tyres I wanted. Good price, fixed time for fitting. Guys who carried out the job good bunch and learnt about TPMS which I had no idea about. I do now and will be prepared for my next visit.

Fantastic service from these friendly lads.
I couldn't make the original appointment time so they changed it with no fuss to the following day.
Arrived on time, had two new tyres fitted to the car, all four wheels balanced and all in half an hour.
Would highly recommend this tyre supplier, also the best prices in the area.

Tyre fitting was good however they had…
Tyre fitting was good however they had told me my brakes were 90% worn and that I needed new brake discs and pads. Luckily I had a full service with MOT booked in in 3 days time, so asked them to look at the brakes to be told they were 50% worn and dint need replacing. I feel I was potentially totally ripped off by this Branch and it’s left me feeling violated. I’m now checking the tyres they fitted with another branch as I don’t know if they fitted what they said they did.

The best service ever !
From ordering on line to fitting was very easy.
In particular the fitters at Solihull took great care when fitting the 4 tyres to my classic car.
They would not use the air gun in case it stripped the thread on the nuts, instead they removed and refitted every single wheel nut by hand with a socket.
This is by far the best service I have ever received and credit to those fitters !
