Being a mechanic of nearly 40 years I find it very disconcerting when I’m advised my front brake pads are low when they are actually only half worn.

Easy online experience.
Purchasing Tyres and booking an appointment was incredibly easy and convenient to book around my schedule.
Not sure why the questionnaire couldn’t be completed online other than signing for the work carried out and the return of my locking wheel nut key.

Outstanding service
The lad in the St Ives, Cambridge garage was on his own due to staff holidays and someone not turning up, but he still managed to keep my appointment, and although under obvious pressure was very nice and friendly, I will definitely go there again solely based on his service.

First class service for a first time user
Just had a couple of new tyres from Just Tyres fitted at my local branch in St. Ives. First time I have used them but was very impressed not least because I needed tyres quickly and was able to buy and book next day fitting online at a great price. On arrival all the staff were friendly but professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They wasted no time getting stuck in and were happy to swap the wheels around to have the two new tyres in the best place. I also mentioned I had an MOT coming up and they let me know they are now offering mechanical work as well and said to let them know if work was required and I wanted to see if they could quote me a better price. Based on my experience I will certainly keep them on my short list of trusted garages. Recommended.
