2 BURST TYRES
I burst 2 tyres on a kerb. I live less than half a mile from JT and a mechanic friend of mine very carefully drove it that short distance.When I picked up the car the low tyre pressure warning sign came on so I went back into the office and was told that as soon as I started driving it a little that would correct itself. Having told him I wasn’t very happy about driving with low tyre pressure he repeated himself. I just walked out in dismay and he followed me out. He then tried to claim that I had driven 43 miles( where did he get that figure from?) with a tyre full of rubber.i pointed out where I lived and berated me for having driven the car down there. DISGUSTING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT AND IF I COULD SCORE THIS ZERO STARS I WOULD!It was rubbish service, he was a miserable as sin and I will NEVER use this company again.

Easy order, easy fix
My second visit to this place now to fix a puncture. The guy who took a look informed me they didn't currently have a tyre in stock in my size but provided me instructions on ordering online for next day fitting. Ordering was a breeze and he got my appointment done early with no fuss. Very nice guy, will definitely be back again to get another nail removed.
