I waited 2hours for the guys to try and…
I waited 2hours for the guys to try and get my old tyres off of the rims. In the end they had to go over the road to Formula One autos who obliged in removing them. Just tyres don’t have the correct tools to remove RunFlat tyres, no fault of the fitters.

poor service and customer service
On May 18, 2026, I went to the Just Tyres garage in Strood to change two front tires and get an alignment. The employee said it could take 50 minutes and that I could go shopping if I wanted because there are many shops nearby. I went, so I didn't check if he had done the alignment. When I arrived 30 minutes later, it was already done. On June 17, 2026, less than a month later, I changed the rear tires and asked for an alignment at another garage near my house (STS Tyre Pros). To my surprise, the rear alignment was fine, but the front wasn't. I went to Just Tires and spoke with Zack, who said that the alignment had been misaligned in 29 days. I only use the car to go to work; I live in Gillingham and work in Bluewater, and I only use the motorway. How is it possible that the steering is misaligned? I do not recommend this garage (Just Tyres) because of their poor customer service and the service they provided me.

Ordered a pair on line. Went down at the correct time but the tyres were not on the shelf. The manager made a couple of calls with head office and premium pair were fitted instead at no extra cost.
