Just Tyres - Tonbridge Reviews 

It took three visits to get my tyres fitted. I bought four tyres, at a good price, on-line and booked a fitting appointment. When I turned up I was told, although the tyres were there (which I found out later they weren't) we can't fit them as we are short on staff. I re-booked fitting for a couple of days later only to be told, when I turned up, that the tyres had been delivered but they couldn't find them. I re-booked a third time. When I turned up this time the manager was there, he hadn't been on the two previous occasions, and all went smoothly. End result was good, getting there was painful!

I had the unfortunate experience of having to visit on 3 occasions. Once due to tyre not arriving as expected. Unable to fit the following day. Second visit a three year old tyre was sent, so not fitted. Third occasion an alternative tyre was fitted and the head office tried to charge me and extra £10.00. Great work from the fitter Ethan, checked other tyres for correct pressure even though he was short staffed and under pressure. He even talked to head office to revoke the extra charge. Bad experience turned to positive. Ethan deserves a pay rise.

Good price and great service. On time. Straight in. 2 tyres fitted and sorted. One person on each wheel. All over in 8 mins! Felt like a pit stop !

I was advised by a staff member to go on the Just Tyres app and pre-order the correct tyres for my car , simplicity in its self and my purchase was made saving a discount on my order ,and being able to choose a day and time that was suitable for me to have them fitted , and unlike other firms fitting balancing disposal of the old tyre’s completely free , a no brainier, on the fitting day the job was carried out on time and from very polite staff happy in their work customer service excellent. I will be recommending there service and using them again myself.

Ordered some tyre for a fitting the following day which was what they advertised and why I went with them , the tyre didn’t turn up so the tyres fitter were stranded. Spoke to head office, no remorse, just said that was the way is was my wasted time seemingly unimportant , would have expected some kind of reduction in price for the inconvenience but they said no. So I cancelled my order . Things happen, which I appreciate, but to offer no reduction or some other kind of minor compensation was poor.

What a ridiculous experience at Just Tyres today. And if it wasn’t for the guys at the branch who were helpful and professional this would be a 1 star review. Here’s the saga. Booked with Blackcircles for 2 tyres to be fitted and 4 wheel alignment for 10.30 am. Got there on time only to hear them tell the customer in front of me that Head office had double booked the slot. He then said he could come back after 2 pm. I then told them I was here for the 10.30 slot only to be told that was the slot that was overbooked. They said I could come back at 11.30. Came back had the tyres done, but when I checked the tyres, they had put the wrong make on. Told the guys and they said they were the tyres Blackcircles told them to fit. I showed them the printout showing what the order should be. They apologised got on the phone and told head office no one had let them know about the new order. They then managed to offer me a slot for Saturday but I went for a Monday one. Just hoping now things go right on Monday.
