Just Tyres - Uxbridge Reviews 

Booked a tyre change online for the following day at 14:00. When we arrived it was very busy with only one member of staff to do all the work. Despite being very busy we were kept informed as to when our tyre would be changed and every effort was made to process the work as quickly as possible. Eventually another staff member arrived and we were soon seen to.

UPDATED 19Mar26. REVISED RATING TO 1 STAR, After a reasonably good review i sent my brother (who is clueless with cars) to this branch to get 4 new tyres. Within a few weeks he noticed one of the tyres was loosing pressure and went back and was told they couldn't do anything. He then went to another local fitter and paid again for another new tyre. Unfortunately he told me after the event. I would not have let Just Tyres get away with this poor service.

Used Uxbridge store to replace a couple of tyres. Service was great but only 1 fitter working so had to wait over an hour despite having a confirmed booking.

Hi The reason for my 3 stars experience is only because my tyres were not there when i arrived they put the wrong ones on however i had to wait 2hrs for my ones to arrive not even a hot drink or a small token of there mistake.. The tyres were fitted the guys were good trying to cover the mistake an okay service Head Office was the Problem though wasn't happy with them !

I booked for changing the front tyres asa well as the wheels alignment, the shop I was booked in DOES NOT even have the equipments for wheels alignment, they charged me £54 and they done nothing regarding the wheels. I left my car and came back after 35 minutes and everything was done according to them,
How on earth can One guy change two front tyres as well as the FOUR wheels alignment in 35 minutes.
I took my car to kwikfit for a FREE wheels alignment check and after checking they said it’s has NEVER been done.
They showed me how bad it was as well.
PLEASE avoid just tyres.
NEVER AGAIN.

Uxbridge Centre, took time and patience to deal with my car and the tyre problems. Cleaned up the rust that had accumulated and set the tyre pressures as required. Pleasant to work with and no fuss. Carlos Nunes

The two guys were excellent, changed both rear tyres with very little fuss and worked quick and efficient.

Didn't want to spend a lot of money on 4 new tyres, budget ones will do for the amount of driving I do. Did a search online, found that Just Tyres had the best deal for what I wanted and had an offer of an extra £5 off per tyre, so all 4 were under £200. A great deal, so decided that I might as well get the tracking done to make the wear on the tyres more even. The 3 tyre fitters in the garage were excellent, knew their profession and advised on a couple of things that might cause me a problem in the future. All-in-all a great service from Just Tyres. Search them up. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

We had to have a punctured tyre replaced rather urgently since we needed to drive to Stansted in time to catch our flight.

JustTyres Uxbridge came to our rescue after we were badly let down by Halfords!

Great value tyres and easy online ordering, easy to select which tyres you want and then pick appointment slot. Turned up at the centre on time and straight into the bay to be fitted. Good service from the guys in the centre.

Avoid. Dangerous to use, almost crashed because of the service.

1. 42 recommended psi. One tyre was pumped up to 36, the other had 30psi. Almost lost the front end when up to speed on motorway.
2. Old balancing weights removed without removing any of the residue
3. New balancing weights installed on a skew and can see them peeling off
4. Tyre and rim completely covered in dirt and install paste.
5. Went for optional alignment. They complained about my car being very badly misaligned. It felt good before alignment but now, the car steers to the left on its own.
6. Missing dust caps. Small detail but still, I had all 4 when I came for tyre exchange, left with 2 less.
Shocking service, zero pride in doing the works. I had to stop at the side of the road to re inflate, because of the shockingly low and different tyre pressure.
