Local team outstanding, 3 unfortunate visits but the team resolved issues 10 tyres on 3 cars. Economical as possible, good and value excellent on service.

I paid for tyres that hada c rating of noise and fuel economy that's not what I got. the one's they fitted were d rated . They were the same price so don't understand why they didn't fit the ones I agreed to

Easy to book online. Great customer service at Tyre Centre. Fitted when they had finished with previous customer as I had arrived slightly early.

Excellent service all round four new tyres fitted, special mention of manager Alex he could not have been more helpfull very satisfied

Would have been 5* except my Friday pm appointment was delayed by almost an hour due to problems with the 2 other previous ones. Having nothing else afterwards however didn’t cause any particular issue, except the traffic home was slightly busier! Used these before and would do again.

Easy online purchase the two lads who fitted the tyres were excellent and explained anything I asked

Ordered tyres online no problems.
Arrived at confirmed booking time to be sat for 45 minutes to be then told my tyres hadn’t arrived.(not employees fault).
Arrange for fitting the next day only to arrive and listen to inappropriate bad language coming from employees whilst waiting with other customers in reception area.
Told I needed 2 more tyres on front off vehicle which I then booked to be fitted 2 days later on arrival tyres were stripped from vehicle to be then told new ones hadn’t arrived, waited for 10 minutes to be then told they had proceeded to fit new tyres whilst listening to bad language once again I work in the manufacturing industry and understand swearing goes on but to use language in front of customers even made me feel uncomfortable.
Job was carried out to my satisfaction eventually but won’t be going back unfortunately.

I ordered my tyres online for convenience and price, was given a time slot rang the garage to double check everything was ready and the appointment was booked, was assured it was. Turned up on day of app to be told my tyres had not arrived yet, rebooked me in for the next day. Turned up next day for my app, the guts were very apologetic for the delay, after the tyres had been fitted I noticed they wasn't the ones I ordered online, they showed me on their system that they were correct, but my screen shot and email confirmation showed the tyres I ordered not the ones that had been fitted. The staff called the online ordering department as they're two separate entities, They stated if the tyres ordered online are out of stock they just send a replacement,the mechanic was not happy with this as neither them nor me had been informed of the replacement tyres. The mechanics offered me free tracking for compensation and apologised I accepted this as it wasn't really their fault and I was desperate for the tyre replacement.
Overall bad online service but great garage and mechanics.

Experienced, helpful and friendly staff. Quick service I was in and out in no time. Would definitely use them again, shame I can only give 5 stars.

Excellent customer service, both from Head Office and in the Wakefield branch.

This is now my 4th visit to Just Tyres having last visited in 2020 unfortunately I was late arriving having missed my pre booked time slot by 2 hours, on arrival the staff were busy seeing to other customers and I fully accepted I would need to wait until they could fit me in. As soon as they had finished sorting out their current customers. The service is very professional and nothing is ever too much trouble I asked them to swap my tyres round front to back and as I only needed 1 tyre so felt it best to put it on the Back of the car. Well done to the staff who I think deserve praise for their hard work and I look forward to my next visit.
