We had a wonderful stay in Via Savona 108. Everything was brand new, modern, and extremely well maintained, making the experience very comfortable from start to finish.
The location is perfect, very convenient for getting around with public transportation and within walking distance of the Navigli district, as well as close to the city center. An ideal place to stay in Milan.

We rented the appartment on Via Ciccio Simonetta for a long weekend a bit south of the city centre yet walking distance to the Duomo as well as the canal of Navigli. What a great location! And what a charming building too!
The appartment itself is airy, spacious and bright. Despite the urban location, nights weren't too noisey and for those keeping the windows closed, there are powerful air con units in all main rooms.
The entire process around check-in, access and departure went really smoothly, not least because our hosts had great instructions on hand.
If you are looking for a pied à terre with easy access to great restaurants and the central sites of Milan, this is the place for you!
We stayed for more than a week and really enjoyed it. The apartment is clean, safe, and fully equipped, with everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to the metro, bus, restaurants, and a supermarket just a 2-3 minute walk away. The only small downside was a few flies because of the nearby trees, but overall it was an excellent stay!
I have visited different apartments which are managed by Urban Stays and they are all extremely well kept and mantained, clean and comfortable. They manage to keep a consistent quality although managing different properties. Everyone working in the company is kind and helpful and puts extreme care in everything they do to ensure the stays is as comfortable as possible. thank you looking forward staying in one of your apartments soon.
