Getting here Aromas and Liquids delivered to Germany without any problem, choose your product, choose delivery method and pay your product, you are good to go. You get email for every step (Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation etc) very friendly service and its my new Shop for future definitly.

Received my order only a few days after making it, overall smooth process, nothing to complain about.

Great prices, and the shipment arrived within a few days to Croatia. Shipping was only 6€, which is more than acceptable. No issues with the order, packaged really well. Will definitely order again!

They solved how to get the xr max, vapressos own homepage got some want my pic of irl id thirdparty crap= I only trust bankes with that info. Im 38 in sweden.
So i ordereded this vapresso xr max saturday, 7/7-23 arrived 12/07-23.
I cant order it in sweden yet, the swe stores need to register&pay every e-cig sins last year= the stores lowered the selections.
Justvape solved it for me almost to fast :)
Used trustly paysite, i used them before = bankid = drew money from my bank account.

Delivery got sent to Denmark, so the order went smooth and fast with DHL express, one day it got processed and the next day at 12pm it got delivered already, so shipping was perfect, and customer service is godly, much love and completely satisfied my needs of nicotine! 😂❤️ Would add pictures of the product but sadly it doesn’t let me

One of the best customer experiences I've ever had.

I sent a general question before my order and their answer was quick, helpful and friendly.

I put in my order and the transaction was denied, even after repeated attempts. I contacted their customer service again at 9pm CET and went back and forth with them until 1am CET (!!!) until they informed me it was a problem with my bank.

I switched cards and the order went through. The order came quickly, all items and packed well.

Superb.

Those who will rate this company bad probably smoking cigarettes and supporting ashtray companies, honestly one of the best vapeshop and customer service i ever had experience with. Not only there is no akward robotic conversations but best in overall. Recommend!

First order on their webshop and I'm already incredibly impressed by their fast delivery. I opted for DHL Express and it got sent out the same day I purchased my products. Arrived the next day as well! Items came in as described and they're 100% genuine! Only thing you have to make sure of is that their prices are excluding VAT. So don't be surprised at checkout. But the amount of products, the fast delivery and quality of the products they ship is S-tier! Love it, will make sure to order more stuff from them if I ever have feel the need to! :)

Five days after ordering, I received an email to review my experience with Justvape, but nothing has been delivered yet. In total, two weeks passed, but the package still seemed to be stuck in transit, according to the tracker. That made me request an update via email. Justvape replied the next day telling me they had investigated the situation and confirmed that my purchase appeared to have been lost by the carrier. In that same email, they offered without fuss to resend everything to me. A few days later I got what I bought. The service I've experienced exceeded my expectations. All of this on top of a well-protected package, only allows me to applaud Justvape. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company!
