Charging with out delivering
Viv charged me for a "negotiation" despite no actual discount being received from their work. Their support has refused to provide evidence of a discount and no discount is visible in my phone bill. Customer service has been repeatedly contacted about this but refuses to assist. It is possible, because it happened to me.

That's literally not possible. We don't charge clients unless savings were realized, and if the savings didn't occur, then the client is entitled to a 100% refund upon providing evidence that it was not applied. This customer should text our customer service department with their customer number and the bill in question to get this resolved. Since this is an anonymous complaint, I'm guessing it is not real.
