This company is a masterclass in how to lose customers. My recent experience was a disaster from start to finish, primarily due to their abysmal customer support and choice of delivery partners - Aramex.
The issues began when my order arrived but was left in a public walkway - clearly visible on the proof of delivery image (and I provided further images to show this); hence, it went missing. Even though someone was home as well as property managers on site, when I contacted Just Wines they were dismissive and did not want to take any responsibility.
It is evident that this company prioritizes cost-cutting over customer satisfaction.
Never again!

I didn't like their wines but as many others have commented here, they are very pushy calling you back. I cancelled my subscription and requested them to return any leftover balance from my account I've been contributing to them monthly. They stoped responding and 3 months later they still haven't returned my money so had to report them to an ombudsman. I would definitely not recommend to engage with this company.

Terrible wine seller
Purchased a dozen of "mystery sparkling white" moonlight something..BAD IDEA..
They were FLAT, ORANGE COLORED, BURNT TASTING VINEGARY..undrinkable!! Ive bought mystery wines from grays but never any issue, so didnt think there was going to be an issue.
I suspect most of their positive reviews are fakes, as I was unable to bring up more reviews on them except a small handful, which were mostly good. NOW, despite purchasing through paypal, still trying to get a refund..waiting for them to call & organise the pickup, so many lies and the numbers dont work for me, even before I called to complain, it blocked me. I really think they knew this wine was no good.
DONT buy from these pple, they have no idea how to store wine, and should stick to the delivery business, though thats not much chop either..

I did not receive what I ordered.
Just wines were great in response and 'reissued' the correct wine. Unfortunately Aramax have not delivered and my 'case' is now closed...
Be careful using this delivery company as they make it hard to contact

Horrific customer service. Offer options to buy premium wines which they cannot procure. Months of phone calls to get my money back and my membership cancelled.

I placed and order for a Japanese Whisky online and it was the last one. Order accepted and received payment instructions and paid for it straightaway and in few minutes my order was cancelled saying zero stock. It it was zero stock how I could place the order and paid for it. Also their 15$ postage becomes 20$ at checkout. This the first and last buy from them! Not a happy camper!

Great value wines and great after sales service.... they stand by their product.... and their customers.

Just had another email from justwinesonline.com, despite trying to unsubscribe several times, and thought I'd put a festive reminder out for people to avoid this site.They are scammers, you will lose your money.
