Just Wood laid engineered oak flooring over the ground floor of our new-build house in 2021, and we have been very pleased with it. Recently we damaged the surface of an area of the wood flooring in the kitchen. We contacted Just Wood and they did an excellent job sanding the damaged area, and re-waxing the whole room. We are delighted with the result which looks perfect.

Our floor was ruined by a flood, but Just Wood restored it wonderfully - it's better now than it ever was before. They did an amazing job on the floor, with absolutely no mess, fantastic service, and were lovely people to work with. We can't recommend them highly enough.

JustWood laid laminate flooring to the whole upstairs of our 5 bedroom house. After a short period we noticed one area was uneven and asked that they return and try to correct it, and additionally quote to lay floor in two other rooms. I sent emails on 25 October 24, and 6th June and 31 July 2025. I messaged the fitter/company, 16 June, 17 June, 26 June. I rang on 26 September 2024, twice on 11 August 2025 (once to the Chichester office) and again on 12 August 2025. I received an apology email saying they would respond and my emails must have gone into a spam folder, I received a message response to a call that was unanswered saying I would receive a call back in 15 minutes. None of my calls messages or mails have been answered. The communications listed are those I have a record of, there are probably more. I will now use someone else.

Very pleased with the way our wood flooring looks after Just Wood completed repairs, sanding, staining and lacquer. They were professional, turned up on time, tidied up each night and were considerate as I work from home. Malcolm and Daniel informed us what they were doing and the rest of the team were good too. I would highly recommend them.

Archie and Jacob arrived on time every morning and left my hall and lounge imaculate at end of each working day.
They did a fantastic job fitting my new wooden floors. Highly recommend !!

Excellent work carried out to a very high standard. The team took time to explain the process of sanding and lacquering existing oak flooring and in fitting new boards to a separate room. Clean and tidy, with a professional result. Thanks go to Malcolm, Jake, Gary and Alfie for superb work, whilst Harrison was excellent in understanding our needs. Outstanding quality of craftsmanship and service. We were blown away by the attention to detail applied when fitting our engineered oak lounge flooring. The product quality was also 5 star.
