Very disappointed with the bracelet quality. It broke within just 2 months of normal use. The string is extremely weak despite claims of being durable and premium quality. Completely not worth the money and expectations. Poor product quality and misleading promises. Expecting a proper resolution from the seller.

I have bought one bracelet on 14th August,2025. Another bracelet also I have received. Thanks for that. There were no instructions how to start wearing. Same I have mentioned in one email and also through whatsapp message. But, I have not received any reply

I think some people have been falsely implicating justwowfactory. They don't know that they don't have clasp bracelets, which can be broken. There majority of bracelets are threaded and on the top of it, why customer did not inform them about the damage as it is already covered if broken with in 24_48 hours. There bands and threads are of high standard. So don't waste your time here by writing anything just to slay them without any logical and genuine reason. There replacement and re-fixing policy is very friendly. So if one has brought 3 products and two broken at the time of wear, rather telling them and raising complaints, it is safe to write here, why? Will the problem solve here? Please be afraid of bad karmas and atleast don't write false reviews here.

I purchased 3 bracelets from this place. Two of those bracelets were of so poor quality that the moment we tried to clasp it, it broke, both of them! And the third one was different from the picture than what we got.
