"...Bisher ist es das Einzige Programm, mit dem ich ein fehlerfreies eBook konvertieren konnte. Alle anderen Programm und auch die Freeware-Programme sind noch viel komplizierter und noch umständlicher.
Und was wichtig ist!!!! der Service ist raketenschnell. Ich habe eine Fehlermeldung an die Hotline gesandt, und zwar um 22:00!! Ich habe (unglaublich) 10 Minuten später eine qualifizierte Antwort erhalten! Habe es gleich ausprobiert!
Hatte noch weitere Fehler. Um 22:30 und um sage und schreibe 23:15 habe ich noch einmal einen Tip von Julian erhalten! Und dann hat es geklappt!
Lieber Julian! Danke dir vielmals für die Hilfe. Gut wäre eine Anleitung als Beispiel (in Deutsch) wie man Schritt für Schritt vorgeht, wie ein Kochrezept! Aber diese Forderung kann man an alle Software-Verkäufer stellen. JUTOH hat ein Handbuch, aber ein Kochrezept wäre für Dummies, wie ich es bin noch besser!
Trotzdem, lieber Julian, vielen Dank, dass du mir mal wieder in deiner Freizeit (gegen Mitternacht) geholfen hast!

And what is important!!!! the service is lightning, rocket!!! fast. I sent an error message to the hotline at 10pm!! I received a qualified response (incredibly) 10 minutes later! I tried it right away!
Had more errors. At 10:30 p.m. and at 11:15 p.m. I got another tip from Julian! And then it worked!
Dear Julian! Thank you very much for the help. It would be good to have instructions as an example (in German) how to proceed step by step, like a recipe! But this demand can be made of all software vendors. JUTOH has a manual but a cooking recipe would be even better for dummies like me!
