This company is VERY misleading! It is impossible to cancel your subscription on their website. I have sent multiple emails with no response by this company. I still have not received my full first order! The 2nd order has not arrived at all and although I emailed that I wanted to cancel my subscription I have now been charged for a 3rd order. Do not do business with this company. This also happened to my friend.

Bottom Line Up Front:

Despite multiple confirmed cancellations — and even an email stating my account was deleted — Juvein has continued to charge me every month for a product I no longer want. Their system and customer service appear either broken or deliberately deceptive. Proceed with extreme caution.

I tried Juvein’s protein in May 2025 because it looked interesting. I didn’t like it — no big deal. But I was surprised to receive another shipment and realized I’d been automatically enrolled in a subscription. I figured maybe I missed that detail and didn’t hold it against them at first.

I emailed support to cancel and request a refund. They sent me a link to cancel through my account, but when I logged in (an account that seemed to have been created automatically), there was no way to cancel. I emailed again — no response.

From July through October 2025, I’ve been charged six times for unwanted protein. I only received two replies across all those months, both confirming my subscription was canceled. The last one, in September 2025, stated that my account was permanently deleted and my data removed. Yet I was charged again this month — and my account still exists.

After months of patience and repeated contact, I’m left with one conclusion: this company does not honor cancellations or data deletion requests. Unless you’re fine with being charged indefinitely for a product you don’t want and being ignored by customer service, do NOT purchase from Juvein.

Don’t buy from these guys. Complete scam! They put you on a subscription and then don’t cancel it. It’s cost me over $600.00 and they still haven’t canceled it. I have resorted to disputing it with my credit card company. This has happened to my friend too. Buyer beware!!!

I love this protein powder it taste like refreshing lemonade drink, its also feels premium my first order took 3 weeks but now it takes only 2-3 business days to arrive, I will deff buy more in the future

This product comes from China, which is not shown on any of their ads. The product took 8 weeks to arrive.

They saved my credit card info and subscribed me for an auto shipment without my authorization. I can’t find any other reviews online on their product besides the one on their website. I’ve emailed the support to ask for a refund and info on how to return my last 2 orders. I’m still waiting for a response.

The product is great but comes from China so takes 8 weeks and they just auto send monthly without setting it up. You can't turn off in your profile, dispite what the help says and you can't get in touch with anyone because it's coming from China

This company is selling Gramm's product, but they do not have permission to do so. They have copied the Gramms website and sell a knock-off product that comes from China. I have contacted Gramms regarding this, as I didn't realize when ordering that I had been linked to Juvein, as I clicked through a holistic practitioner account that also must've been fake. I have tried to contact Juvein, but no one returns emails.
If you want the Gramms product, make sure you are actually on the Gramms website!
