An exceptional diamond shopping experience
We arrived at Orogem without an appointment, but that was no problem. We described what we were looking for and the staff hunted down 3 diamonds that meet our requirements.
I quickly made a decision, but we wanted some time to think so an agreement was made that the team would see if they could find any other stones meeting the specifications and would advise by Friday.
True to their word, come Thursday we received a message to advise another diamond had been found.
However, upon seeing the new stone and comparing it with the choice I had already made, it was an easy decision - my first choice was selected.
The team then found settings that would fit the diamond and once again it was such a simple and easy process and the ring was ready for collection on the Saturday.
I cannot speak highly enough of Orogem and their staff - they are friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile.
Their willingness to assist with a more unusual request, as well as hunting down additional diamonds to look at, and the turn around time from selection to finished product was absolutely outstanding.
If you are looking for that special diamond, then I cannot recommend Orogem highly enough, they will find you your dream one.
