JVN Would be Disappointed if they knew..

If I could give the JVN Customer service negative stars I would. I love the products however I just bought the new repairing shampoo, conditioner and gloss and the pump on the conditioner doesn't work. Rather than buy umpteen pumps hoping for one that fits, I reached out to the team.. They first requested a photo of the faulty pump which I thought was a ludicrous request when all I wanted was a replacement pump. The response to that was a more ludicrous request for a video and them telling me that they didn't send replacement pumps. So in my follow up email I asked for the pump size so I could buy one. I haven't received a response from this Email. Hence I'm writing this review. Furthermore I will no longer be supporting the JVN line via the site. I can buy the same products on Amazon. This is extremely disappointing.

non-existent UK Customer Service

Products caused severe skin reaction so I have been trying to contact the UK customer service for four months:

- The email in the order confirmation is no longer in use and sends bounce back emails from gmail.
- The BelleBrands email, no one responds to.
- JVNhair has replied on Instagram and told me they have 'flagged it up' with their internal team multiple times, then ghost me.

It appears the UK customer service is non-existent and the US team can't to anything about it.

Customer service is non existent!

Really disappointed with my first experience ordering from jvn hair! I ordered a kit which was meant to contain 3 products.. it only arrived with 2. I emailed first a month ago to ask if I could have the missing item sent. I had no reply. I’ve since sent two chaser emails and received no reply.. I have also contacted on instagram and surprise… no response! I don’t know how else to get hold of them and I’m missing an item I’ve paid for! It’s disgusting customer service and I’m surprised for a celebrity brand.

Great products, horrendous customer service

Like everyone else, I've had a terrible experience ordering direct with JVN in the UK. They were fine the first couple of times but then it took a few weeks to receive my next orders. However, the problems really began when I needed to return some products. I bought the full size strengthening shampoo and conditioner because I checked with JVN and, unlike in the USA, I couldn't buy travel or trial sizes. I was reassured by the refunds policy which clearly offered a full refund if the products weren't suitable. Which unfortunately they weren't (they dried my hair out), so I emailed JVN UK to request a refund, as per their policy. I didn't hear anything despite multiple emails and I even rang them and left a message in the USA. Eventually, six weeks later, I received a reply and ten days after that I finally received my refund. They didn't offer any explanation for the delay and avoided my questions when I repeatedly asked what the problem was. Eventually they used the usual 'we've been dealing with a significant increment in our customers' inquiries and it caused delays in replying'. Either way, I've never experienced such poor service and it actually felt like I was being scammed. Which is a real shame because the JVN products are great, I really do recommend them - the strengthening shampoo and conditioner that I returned just weren't right for my particular hair type but otherwise, I'm really happy with the hydrating versions, the conditioning mist, the serum and the blow dry cream. I really do hope that JVN UK have now sorted themselves out (as they say they have) but I haven't tested that out since I had my problems with them.

Will not be reordering due to terrible customer service

Trustpilot deleted my review when I tried to edit so reposting.

I ordered 24.05.23 and like some of the other reviews, had emailed them several times and contacted on Instagram with no love by the time I originally reviewed on 16.06.23. I opened a dispute on PayPal that day and have now got my order but still with no communication or apologies. I will not be ordering again and also just interesting to note someone else spotted typo in customer service email on order confirmation. I actually emailed them and pointed out the typo and it looks like they have still not corrected it. Just terrible customer service all round.

JVN don't care

Placed an order about 3 and a half weeks ago. Chased up about a week later but turns out they have a typo in their own email address on the order confirmation email! Once I got the correct email, I eventually got a reply saying they were having technical issues. Okay, but why not tell customers that? Chased again 3 days ago with no reply. Finally got an update saying a free gift item isn't available and 15% off my next order. It's going to take a lot more than that for me to order from them again! Still waiting on dispatch....

Cannot fulfil orders

Love the products which I have previously purchased from SpaceNK, however I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my delivery direct from jvn hair. I have requested an expected delivery date and received a rude reply from their customer services with no information on if or when I can expect my order to be dispatched. Clearly not set up to fulfil uk orders so I’d advise buying elsewhere.
