I ordered a wedding band for my husband engraved. The ring came in the wrong size and not engraved. I reached out to the company and they made me send photos and videos back in forth for about 3 weeks. They just keep emailing me telling me they needed more photos. I would not recommend this company! Still waiting for a refund or a new ring!
Ordered 4 items. Only 2 items arrived, in 2 separate packages. Reached out for help and they just keep blaming the delivery, want me to reach out to GOFO to see where the packages are. They don't understand that I received the packages but not the products that were ordered.
They state that all issues will be resolved in 24hrs but this issue has been ongoing for almost a week and it doesn't seem like they want to help. Therefore this is a waste of money since I only received 2/4 products.
If I actually get all the items I ordered I will change the review, the actual product is good.

I ordered a ring from them and it's been 2 months. They only respond to me emails stating it'll be 2-3 days until it arrives and the package never arrives. When I ask for a refund, they ignore me and ask for an updated delivery address.
