I order my item on the 2nd Feb 22 its been 3 months I have not recevied any thing I did not even get a refund as well. I have emiled them so many times but no reply at all. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL THEN WILL NOT REPLY OR REFUND BACK

Lucky I got my money back. I've report this to tiktok because it was where i first saw it advertised.

This is the worst place to order from. It’s been two month I haven’t received my item and only had one response from some Hashim. Scums looting other peoples money.

Same im fuming ordered a few no responses after several emails. Advertised on tiktok no replies took my money . Scam!

i defo got scammed. been waiting since november, bought £30 worth of products and emailed them so many times. they no longer have a tiktok page or a website. Allah will punish justly innit.

Ordered from this website after seeing a TIKTOK ad. It has been over 2 months since ordering and received no items. When tracking the items it says it has been delivered 3 weeks ago. I have contacted them 5+ times and have heard nothing back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Scam website! Do not order!
I saw this company on TikTok and placed an order. Received a confirmation email with no contact details. Tried to search on google, states the company is ‘currently unavailable’. It’s been 3 months and no items received. No communication either!
I have raised it with my bank now.

Ordered back in December and still no delivery. Absolute fraud!!! Avoid at all cost.
No communication and website gone down now too. Rip off

i ordered well over 2 weeks ago. i read the reviews after seeing an ad on tiktok & there were hundreds of good reviews saying it was good & trust worthy. the moment i ordered there was no tracking number & constantly i would email their team yet never got a reply. now it’s been 3 days over the time it was supposed to be delivered & so i’m going to try file a complaint. i’m sure the rest of you are here too as their website is now suspiciously unavailable . if you can be sure to report them, alert your bank to get your money back & be careful!!

This is a scam website I want my money back I ordered something they said it’ll arrive on 1st of feb then they changed it to 7 and now they aren’t letting me on the website this is a scam do not order from here !

so its been over a months since a ordered, i emailed countless times, and there is no reply, they send you link to check your delivery status, and at first it just kept delaying the delivery for 6 days, and since from like last 10 days, it just simply says ''ordered delivered''when it hasn't, its completely a scam company, trying to get my money back from my bank, and this fraud company should be sued.

Never received my order, placed 2 orders, been over 2 months now but they took the money. Says delivered. they claimimg due to covid no staff. No admin ever he gets back to me.
On their site it says you will get order with 6days. Its all lies, its a scam to take your money.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY.
YOU WON'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDERS, NOR GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THE TEAM.
