My fiance and I went into Johnnie Walker to just get an idea of what we might be interested in and what all the details would be of getting a trailer. We were set up with Matt. We told him what our ideas were and he showed us a couple of trailers and then we found THE ONE! We walked out that exact day with buying a trailer. We had excellent customer service, not only with Matt but by all the employees there. I would send anyone interested in looking at a trailer, to Johnnie Walker!

I've purchased several RVs from dealers across the country, so I have reference for what's good and bad about the RV industry. From the moment we walked onto their lot and throughout the entire sales and delivery process l, we were treated with sincere respect and appreciation. There was nothing even remotely shady about working with these folks. The pricing was very fair and straight forward. There were no false promises. The service team was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest (a trait I've never seen at another dealership). And it was another surprise to find their pricing on parts and accessories to be extremely competitive, without having to mention online stores' pricing. We will definitely come back when we need our next RV.

We bought our 1st Travel trailer from Johnny Walker and it was a wonderful experience. They knew exactly what our options were and showed us all of them. The sales process was non-pressured and very supportive. The after-sale experience was also outstanding! The greatest customer service you could expect! Exceeded all my expectations!!

The Team from JWRV (Our Salesman was Steve Van Hoose) was exceptional in our purchase of a new Heartland Road Warrior Toy Hauler. We had other dealerships that we could have went with, but the way that JWRV treated us (like family), is the main decision we went with them. They even went above and beyond and included the fifth wheel (which we needed), with the deal; and it wasn't an entry level fifth wheel either. If you ever need a new trailer or anykind of support for your RV, you will not go wrong going to JWRV. Outstanding Support and Great Customer Service!

Can't go wrong at Johnny Walker. Service is top notch

They gave me a date and time to bring in my 5th wheel. I was met at the counter with pleasant greeting and a "How can I help you"? Within 15 minutes I had explained the work that was needed and was on my way. They called me back two days earlier then they originally told me. When I arrived to pick up my 5th wheel, it was brought out within 10 minutes and all the work was done.
I have had work done at other RV repair shops, where my 5th wheel would sit on their lot for 3 weeks before any work was completed. That was after I waited 3 weeks to get it in.
I have owned a RV for over 15 years and this was by far the best RV repair experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Johnny Walker RV.

I have dealt with Johnnie Walker RV, off and on, since the early 80's. Over this time, they have just kept growing and improving in sales, service and facilities.. Most recently, I took my Itasca in for some body work and paint. As usual, they did an outstanding job right on schedule. I particularly want to thank Ken Allen and Ed Clark for making my visit a pleasant experience.

I delt with the service dept. Professional, attentive, what can I say? They were awesome. There was a glitch getting photos sent to my insurance company, it was eventually solved. My only negative experience had to do with their filing system for repair photos (or lack thereof). But eventually the issue was solved, and the experience has left me a Happy Camper!
I highly recommend JW. I only wish I had purchased my trailer there.

My credit is not the best. I had a total in mind and then a monthly payment. Both were a challenge. Came close enough to my total and then had to really work to get the monthly payment to where I wanted. Accomplished both! A great deal for me and a lifelong customer for Johnnie Walker RV.

I would rather have a dealer where I bought my 5th wheel do the work
rather than someone that I'm not sure of.
Johnnie Walker kept on top of letting us know what was going on with the repairs so we're happy with all the needs we had in the service dept.

We were first time RV buyers and Mark listened to our needs and worked really hard to find us the right RV. We needed a true 4 seasons RV since we were going to be in below freezing temperatures. He went above and beyond to make sure we were found the right RV. We worked with him for over a month and I made many trips to Johnnie Walker. Mark was always ready to help and took a lot of time to make sure I understood what type of RV I was purchasing and how everything worked. The company went through the RV and made sure everything was working after the purchase and let us live in the RV on their property for 3 days to make sure we were comfortable. I would recommend Johnnie Walker to any of my friends or associates.

When I decided to get an RV I had made up my mind I was going to by from a private party in order to get a better deal and not have to pay sales tax. After shopping at Johnnie Walker and meeting Steve and Mark I felt at home and confident that a was getting a good deal. I am very satisfied with the level of service and great customer service I received from the sales staff and the finance department. This place was great! Before shopping for our RV, I wanted to read some of the reviews about all of the dealerships in Las Vegas. We chose Johnnie Walker because all of the online reviews said that this was the best place to go to. We NEVER felt any pressure to buy and we were very clear that we were just looking and what our situation was. We ended up buying the first 5th wheel that we had looked at, it had everything that we were looking for and the price was right. Purchase went very smooth and delivery and training went well also. Sales staff was great (Jeannette helped us) and we will be buying from them again in the future.

From A to Z we were very happy with the purchase of our new toy.

Serice and parts department was wonderful. Checked everything and let us know everything they needed to do before they did anything. Staff was so nice and helpful.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt at ease. It was not our intention to buy an RV, we were just looking, but after seeing what was available we just couldnt pass up such a great deal! We are very happy with our purchase, and look forward to many years of great memories.
