John, Amy and the team are second to none in terms of quality of work, communication and pricing. Having had them complete a number of projects for me over the last 10 years or so i've been extremely satisfied with all aspects of their work.

We have just collected our Beneteau Antares 30 flybridge after having her windscreen removed, cleaned and re-bedded. It is a known issue with this model of Beneteau that the bonding of the windscreen breaks down over time causing the heavy toughened glass windscreen sections to move in heavy seas and to leak. As the windscreen is structural it is especially disconcerting to have this happen and is a major safety concern.
We were fortunate to find JWS Marine Services who were willing to take on the job of rectifying the problem. We met with John Shaw, the MD of the company. John is extremely knowledgable and experienced and a really lovely guy. He explained that the company has previous experience of this job and gave us complete confidence that our boat would be in safe hands.
The quotation that John provided was very detailed with a full cost breakdown. During the work John and Amy kept us up-to-date with progress and lots of photographs. The job was completed to perfection and considering how invasive the work was we were impressed by how clean the boat was on return to us. John apologised for the work having taken marginally longer than expected but considering that he had to order new seals from Beneteau in France who in turn had to go out to their supplier and have the materials manufactured to order we were surprised with how quickly the job was completed.
I would unreservedly recommend JWS Marine Services to carry out work on your boat and would not hesitate to use the company again. Finally, many thanks to John, Amy and your team you guys are amazing.
