Wasn't told correct information at the time of purchase in regards to full return, and therefore, could return a product. The product is in the same state as it was bought + receipt is present. Two Jysk representatives said different information at the same talk: one mentioned i can use the product for 3-4 days, and another said for 1h. Had bad experience with Jysk Horsens, specifically someone called Noah.

I would accept the argument if I was correctly and adequately informed upon purchase, but i wasn't. Therefore, a claim that Jysk has a full return policy doesn't stand. Another example of empty promises.

Beyond terrible service. Order 4024999906. Items arrive damage and some parts were missing. What is this surely?

They promised to deliver the bed in 15 days. Now I received the back of the bed and they say they couldn't deliver the rest because it is not available in stock. they will deliver it as soon as possible.
The first time I called customer service they ask me to wait a second then they hang up on me. After calling and waiting in line for 15 minutes more, they say I have to wait and there is nothing they can do.
No explanation for why I was not informed that the item was out of stock. Simply, because it was late to inform me.
and no compensation to offer.
Extremely unprofessional
