False adverts and Finanial scam
My mother ordered some sandals, that she thought were another brand, and also got conned into buying two other (trashy) things.
She realised 5 minutes after the order was placed and tried to cancel it - re the cancellation 'policy'.
She could not cancel it - or return the goods on their arrival.
The biggest problem however was the false invoices that appeared on her credit card, that are for more than the order (and from an unrecognisable source - although the same name as a reputable finance company). So a 'billing descriptor scam'.
So just DON'T use them - they weren't on Trustpilot before this review, so that wasn't an option.
