The same thing happened to me I bought from k.a.co.uk through klarna and got told they weren't partnered with them contacted my bank and explained to them it was fraud and the gave klarna 2 months to reply with proof of delivery and they couldn't so I got a refund from the bank

Ordered a dual air fryer in 2022 and no delivery was made despite contacting the company email there is absolutely no reply from them.

I ordered an iPAD for xmas present through Klarna.
Xclusiv are retailer name through Klarna.
They are under the authorization of 'DaneLink' - Director - Mr Ole Anderson. This person is a duff also.
Klarna claim they are not partners of Xclusiv..
Their number does not work and email bounces back.
Looks like money lost.

I found what appeared to be good deal for a Nikon D7500 camera body via Pricerunner; but it turned out it was too good to be true. Having paid £657, I received tracking by email information directing me to s-finternational.com, a Chinese shipping agent. After about 3 weeks S-F International claimed that they had passed the item to the Royal Mail, who had delivered it to me. The Royal Mail tracking showed delivery of a mobile phone case to someone with my name at another address - not delivery of a camera to me. Xclusive/k-a.co.uk did not respond to any of my attempts to contact them. Checking Companies House suggests the company is just a UK front, with an address at a self-storage company in Hemel Hempstead, for a China-based scam. Thankfully, having kept good records, I was able to get a full refund as a charge-back from the credit card I used for the purchase. I have also submitted a report to actionfraud.police.uk

I ordered AirPods Pro for my daughter for Christmas & same thing, scammed out of £189! I also ordered them after being directed by a price comparison site. These bxxxxxds shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this. My purchase was through Klarna too.

Found this site on Klarna which they are now claiming isn’t a partner. Been scammed out an iPad for my son. Received a confirmation email with a bogus order number and that was all I had. Klarna really difficult to deal with and completely blanked me until 2 days before next payment date and asked for all sorts of info before threatening to restart the payments. They have removed them from their site but it’s too late. Looks like I’ll need to go through my credit card to get my money back

Absolute scam. None at the phoneline, faking to issue refunds. Avoid and save yourself headache. I can't believe Stripe is allowing this business to use their payment service to collect fradulent funds.

This appears to be a scam site. Ordered camera, sent tracking number which does not exist. Unable to telephone - number is invalid - no response to several emails. Went I contacted my bank for help (they are helping, thank you Barclays) they found that my payment was created on a recurring basis, so be careful!

If there was an option for writing 0 out of 5, I would so so. Like the previous reviewers have said, it trades as 'Xclusiv', which unfortunately is the same web address as a wedding dress company which is, doubtless, perfectly reputable. We ordered a camera, received no e-mail confirmation of order, the phone number doesn't work, when it didn't arrive, they just said 'it's out of stock so being re-ordered'; then 'arrived at depot, being sorted' then 'it got sent to the wrong address', 'it's back at the sorting office'. They even offered option of money back or camera. I said 'money back', but of course they haven't. Avoid at all costs. We're trying to get money back.

SCAMMERS BOUGHT A NIJA AIR FRYER, BEFORE ORDERING QUERIED IN THE BEGINNING WITH THEM ASKING FOR CONFIRMATION IT WAS IN STOCK , CONFIRMED SO ORDERED AND THEY ALSO GUARANTEED DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS, NOTHING RECEIVED!! EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES SINCE, NOTHING, THEY HAVE MY MONEY BUT I WILL NOT GET THIS BACK!!!!!!!!

Website is xclusiv. Bought an Olympus camera. Did not arrive during specified time frame. Emailed but got a reply saying delivery was delayed. Never arrived. Several emails since and no reply. Online phone number does not exist. Camera ordered over a month ago and still no reply to any emails. Reported to bank and trading standards

I ordered an airfryer through this company on the 12th December. Same as everyone else received an order confirmation then received a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number.
The tracking number did work but it wasnt to my address and was nothing like the size of the airfryer.
Please dont be taken in by these it was a treat to myself & now having to fight to get my money back !!!!!

Don’t use this site as it’s a scam company they will gladly take your money so please don’t use them they are based in Hemel Hempstead I wouldn’t want anyone else to lose there money as I did so don’t use this site they trade under name xclusiv

Complete scam trader - should be 0 STARS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Received order confirmation and then a message to say shipped, but these are both stalling tactics. If you call the phone number it is dead, and if you contact the address the accountants who host their address will inform you they are dwaling with hundreds of complaint calls about this company.

Found this online site Xclusiv aka k-a.co.uk via comparison site Pricerunner. Ordered an Ipad on 12/12/22, stated delivery timescales on their site as 3 to 5 working days. It's now 24/12/22, item still not arrived. Their telephone number is not recognised, I have sent 6 emails, none have been replied to. I wish I had seen the reviews on Trustpilot before I purchased as it appears I am far from the only one. Now to try and get my money back.

I already wrote a review about these absolute gansters. I just wanted to know if anyone got sorted with a refund from their debit or credit card I have reported it to mine but heard nothing back yet.

Found this site on klarna. Ordered a Nintendo switch. Klarna said it’s not a partner site. I would never have found this site if not for klarna. Klarna are pitiful at sorting this out for me. Is t it funny how I contacted Xclusiv and said I used klarna and they are looking into it. Also said about poor reviews on trustpilot. Notice how suddenly there is a positive review??reported to action fraud also
