This website is a scam. I purchased 2 boxes of k-pop merchandise and paid over $80.
I only received 2 items, probably not even worth $20 for both. A book of pictures and a cheaply made red bag.
The customer service and return policy is trash. It will cost more to return the item back to China. So you will just end up keeping the merchandise.
Don't waste your money. You'll never get it back.

K-pop army merc site is a scam.
I paid 43.00 (valued at 80.00). The photos on the website showed a box of merchandise that look to be about 12 x 12” I received a 6 x 8 bubble wrap pouch with a few pictures and a cheap little drawstring bag all worth probably four dollars.

A Scam, Don't Buy!!!
This "shop" is an actual scam! I paid $80 for the Butter Army Box and the BTS Merch Box but got sent a small pouch with a few stickers. I tried emailing them back and calling but no response. Please don't buy from them. It is a scam!!!! I am hoping that my bank will allow me to get a refund back.

Not worth the money
I order the merchandise box, where you get at least one of the item. Well you do only get one, mine was a small bag with stickers. Not worth the money $39.97!!! I did complain and they offered 40% off next item, no good as I wouldn’t order off them again.
