Some parts missing from order, weight bench seat had small tear in it and the bolts to attach seat were the wrong size so I had to buy some longer ones. They never replied to my email either.

I recently ordered a free standing pull up bar from K‑Sport and wanted to share my experience now that I’ve assembled it. The customer service throughout the process was excellent they handled my order quickly, communicated well, and resolved an earlier courier issue without any hassle. 4 stars only as APC let you down on my first attempt at ordering this.

Assembly was very straightforward and took me around 25 minutes from start to finish. Once built, the frame feels sturdy and stable. It’s solid enough for pull‑ups and dead hangs, which is exactly what I bought it for. I’m 5'11", and when I dead hang fully stretched on the highest setting, my feet only just touch the floor, but the bar height is perfectly usable and comfortable.

I haven’t used the product extensively yet, so this review is mainly based on the service and first impressions, but so far I’m very happy with the quality and ease of setup. Based on my experience, I’d be confident ordering from K‑Sport again.

I found that build quality is good. Price is lower than competition. Website worked fine and order was delivered promptly. When I requested installation instructions in PDF via email (to share with a builder), they were provided promptly.

Challange lies in installation. Deep digging and concreting meant that I needed a builder. He had to put in 2 days. Ended up paying him much more than cost of equipment. But have got a solid fit.

Dips bar instruction had an error, distance between the bars was given 70 when 50 was appropriate for us. Google search had shown 45 to 60 max. Could have been a disaster if I hadn't noticed it during the installation.

Overall good but dont underestimate the challange of installation.

Good product but have a broken part. Have rung numerous times no answer and have emailed with no reply so currently left with a barbell rack I cannot use

Completely wrong item has been sent out. I ordered a fully black swedish ladder with pull-up and dip bar included. Instead they've sent out two separate items with separate product numbers. What is a black and red swedish ladder at different dimensions to the one that I ordered and a different price. They've also sent out a different dip bar in different packaging. I have no idea what the playing at but I've received items that are cheaper than the price I paid.

Had some issues with the pull frame but the after care and customer support was excellent and I would highly recommend K Sport 👍🏽

It’s a great price of equipment however assembly instruction could be better, legs could be longer for more stability! You do need to weigh it down unfortunately as it does tip! I’m 52kg female and it tips for me, for the price of £79.99 it’s worth the money as didn’t have funds to buy something more expensive but it’s alright for what it is, just a really fiddly not well designed and poor instructions for assembly! I’ll be keeping it but I doubt I’ll buy again from this store! One thing I’ll say is the delivery was quicker than expected, literally arrived super fast in 2 days. Couldn’t complain! Well packaged, I just wish the transition to bar level changing was easier! You have to take screws out each time you want to change the height of the bar.

Fast delivery. Great price. Brilliant product which came exactly as described. Easy to build. Took about an hour on my own! Very solid/stable. Aesthetically pleasing. Very impressed!

Bought combined pull-up bar and dip station. Very quick delivery. Good support. Pull-up bar is sturdy, although not suitable for muscle-ups or gymnastics. Negatives - dip handles started to deform straight away, not using them anymore, too thin to support 90kg + 60kg of force. Would recommend the pull-up bar.

The wall mounted lat bar is a brilliant piece of kit and th customer service is great too.

Recently bought the exercise ladder / pull up bar ,
1 Good piece of kit easy to set up
2 The pull bar / the bar tube could be more thicker and robust , looks a bit on the thin side so could easily bend , but not tried it yet

Overall good but the quality let's it down for the price / you could definitely get something better

no F bar no A bars as instructions state
came with damages red monkey bar which was bent

I purchased two products and left reviews on both of them. The reviews were honest and generally negative because the products are not of a good design. I noticed that my reviews had not been published to their website so I emailed them and their response was 'Customer reviews on our website are managed by our team and not all of the reviews that we receive have to be posted.' THIS IS ILLEGAL. I do not have evidence but I think it is highly likely that they get a lot more negative reviews, which dont get posted to the website so customers are mislead into purchasing shoddy products and their negative reviews are never posted either. K Sport have been trading since 2019 and in all that time they have only accumulated a handful of reviews on each product which are all positive?????? Yeah right.
