Broken diffuser pieces at first was yold to keep it and i could find something else. No they went back on that so i sent it back then they said im missing pieces. No they were all there now they hsve my broken diffuser and my money wont replace or give me my money back.

I bought some parts for my vehicle, a 2018 Porsche Cayman 718. And they sent me parts for another vehicle, a Porsche Cayman 981. I contacted them through customer support and told them that their ad on the website was incorrect and that they sold me parts that weren't for my vehicle. Alex from K2 Industries customer service helped me, and I have everything in my emails. He wasted my time, He asked for photos that I send, and never returned my money. They SCAMM PEOPLE BE CAREFUL with K2 industries if you want to take the risk is on you.

I ordered an item online. I tried to contact them via their website chat 4 days later regarding my shipment. No response from an actual customer service representative. I tried calling customer service with no answer and I left a voicemail. Two days later still no response. I emailed customer service using the email provided on their website. I also called and left another voicemail. The next day I still have had no response from the email or both voicemails. I called sales with no answer and left a voicemail. A week later and there is still no movement on my shipment and no response from the company at all. Just ridiculous.

This company is a scam, don't buy anything from them. Worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with in my life.

Their return policy is If the product is effective they they will pay for shipping back as well as give you a full refund. I bought side fender flares for my Chrysler 300. Which I wanted to put on my car. But they arrived in such poor condition my body shop said they would be unable to install them because they're so defective.

I showed this response to KQ Industries who was refusing to give me a refund because I didn't pay out of my pocket for the labor for my body shop to prove to them that's defective. I send over 50 pictures as well as the response from my professional Body Shop saying these are defective.

They wanted to charge a 25% restocking fee.

Don't buy anything from this company their products are garbage. They're acting like I didn't want to put the fenders on my car why would I waste my time. They sold me defective product and now they won't own up to it

Hands down, one of the best widebody kits for the C6. Fitment was clean, minimal trimming needed, and the fiberglass quality is solid. If you're serious about building a C6 that stands out, K2 nailed it. Would 100% recommend.

I had to modify it to lock properly, 1 of the nozzles for the windshield washer fluid didn't fit I should have bought my carbon fiber hood from another company.
