Scammers!!

Ordered March 1st and never received. They said it had shipped but tripped themselves up by saying it was on back order so more lies. Do not order from this company.

Order still not arrived!

Placed an order for a dog bed cover on 1st February, despite contacting the company who took a while to reply I still have not received my order.
The last email I had was over 2 weeks ago to say my cover has been shipped however it has not been shipped according to DPD tracking and as it has not arrived!
It has been 9 weeks now and the item has still not arrived! Very disappointing

This company needs to get their act…

This company needs to get their act together in replying to customers when there is a problem. I have an order outstanding since Nov 24 and it's still not complete. I have sent the 2 wrong covers back at my expense and all communication from Josh has ceased. I am well out of pocket with 2 beds that cannot be used and one dog will have outgrown his. Be warned I gave this company a good review for my first order and re-ordered. The beds are good but customer satisfaction and communication abismal !

Awful experience ordering with K9 dog beds…

Ordered the bed on the 3rd March and was sent a email confirming the order, heard nothing for a few weeks and as we were going away on the 24th March sent a email asking when the bed was being delivered.
Heard nothing until l recieved a email from DPD on Sunday 23rd March stating they were expecting the bed, as we were away from the 24th March l used the option to change the delivery to the 31st March which DPD responded with the acceptance of the change in delivery.Mondaday 31st came and passed no delivery, tried messaging and telephoning just completed radio silence.Contacted DPD to find out were the parcel was only to be informed they had never received it.Beforr l could once again try and get in touch to explain that DPD had never received the parcel and the issue was down to them l received a email from Josh asking me if the dogs were enjoying the bed.Anyway l sent the message on K9 web site explaining once more and asked them to get in touch with DPD.But what do you think happened radio silence.This has been the worst online experience l have ever experienced, absolutely non existent customer relations, another customer for trading standards

Gutted to be leaving such a negative review

I'm gutted having to negatively review this bed and the company selling it. I have a large breed dog, so purchased a jumbo sofa-bed from K9. It was marketed as having Orthopedic foam and being waterproof. However, apparently the quality of the foam is now poor compared to what was originally used and this applies to the cover fabric too. I recently contacted Josh to say that my dog's bed was soaking wet inside the 'waterproof' inner and the foam was mouldy. The seams of the outer cover have also split in several places and when I tested the thread used for the stitching, it snapped very easily, so is not fit for purpose. My dog may be large but she's never mis-used the bed, even always getting on & off it using the lower front. I provided photo and video clip of the split seams, dampness & mould. The dampness I'm sure was caused by condensation, as no liquid had been split in or near the bed and my girl had not been in it damp or wet the bed, ever. Josh replied he wouldn't be refunding for 'issues he wasn't responsible for'. Well the inner cover is made of a plasticy nylon-type material, which combined with the cheap foam, obviously caused the condensation because of the heat from the dog's body. The weak thread used is obviously the cause of the seams splitting. K9 beds are responsible for the products they sell.
I then gave him 7 days to respond with regard to refunding the bed, but have heard nothing.
This bed cost too much to not be able to use it due to poor quality.
Poor product and poor customer service. Absolutely do NOT recommend and have now initiated a complaint to Trading Standards. Avoid...

Bed seems nice, terrible customer service and misleading delivery timescales!

The bed is very nice, although our greyhound currently isn’t keen! However I paid extra for express delivery which stated 1 to 3 working days for delivery, and I finally received it 2 weeks after ordering. I had to chase it up as despite receiving a dispatch email 2 days after ordering, it wasn’t collected by the courier for another week. I initially emailed asking them to check on it, but 3 days later I still hadn’t had a reply so I commented on one of their facebook posts, I then instantly received a DM on messenger and my comment was deleted! They said they’d chase it up and it was finally dispatched the next day. However it wasn’t sent until late that evening and it certainly wasn’t sent via express delivery as DPD didn’t attempt to deliver it until 3 days later, meanwhile I ordered something from a different company which was sent via DPD the day after this one, and I received that the next day…2 days before I received this one!
Despite speaking to me very briefly on messenger twice, at no point have I been offered a refund on the difference in the postage costs, which is the very least I should have been offered.
Unfortunately because of the worry that I wasn’t going to get it at all, especially given other negative reviews on here, my experience would put me off ordering from them again.
I totally understand delays, but communication is really important when buying an expensive product like this. Also when I did message it was implied that replying to me was delaying them from making more beds for other people!! Perhaps if they spent less time closely monitoring their facebook page and deleting any negative comments within seconds of them being posted, they’d have more time to actually get their products out to their customers!!

Absolutely amazing beds

Absolutely amazing beds! Ordered a jumbo bed for my Great Dane and my god she loves it. So easy to put together and also to wash. Great quality and well worth the money. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing for rottweilers!

I honestly have nothing bad to say about this company! There was a minor issue with delivery (not the company’s fault), yet Josh did all he could to get to the bottom of it! Despite this the bed came absolutely perfect. Exactly how it’s shown on the pictures online. The feel of this bed is unreal, after many trials and errors from other beds from various stores, we’ve finally found our keeper for our rottie. For reference we got a large sofa bed for our male rottweiler and it’s more than big enough! He loves it! Even when we stand on it we cannot feel the floor beneath, it’s so firm and comfy! And the cover comes on/ off easily for washing! 10/10 I couldn’t recommend enough!!

Poor Customer Service and Delivery

I ordered a bed on 1st March 2025 and like others, was promised 2-4 days for delivery. Three weeks on and the order has still not arrived! Emails from Josh state that the material is due the end of this week, beginning of next week. This has been the same message since I ordered it. Enough is enough, i have cancelled the order and waiting now for a refund. Poor Customer Service as only contact is by emails and then you have to wait a week for a reply.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service , wont reply to emails unless you comment on their facebook , which they will delete any negative comments. Been waiting nearly 2 weeks for the order to be dispatched. Seems they like to take your money without being able to fulfill the order in the specified time . Dont bother go elsewhere.

after moaning about how many years the bed took to came I was offered free next day delivery if i removed this review which is appaling way of negotiating, i can see others have gone through the same situation. Im sure the product is great but josh you need to sort your service out . I have cancelled and bought a pet fusion bed which is good quality.

Not waterproof, bad customer service

Received the bed back in November 2024, had no issues with the bed initially, until my puppy urinated on the bed.. These are not cheap beds and the website assures customers that the inner waterproof liner is robust enough not to require ordering a second. I had the bed just over a week before my dog weed on it, this had gone through the waterproof covering and on to the foam - the foam stunk of urine, rendering the bed unusable unless I wanted the whole house to smell of dog wee.

I had been sent a few emails requesting a review of the bed, which I did on the company site - my review was deleted. I then emailed them with the information, hoping to hear back from someone - I was ignored. I then started seeing adverts for the beds on Facebook, I saw a comment from someone asking how waterproof they are as the persons dog was incontinent. I responded to this honestly so the person didn’t waste £80 on a bed that is certainly not waterproof. My comment was of course deleted.

Money down the drain, and terrible customer service. I expected a lot more for the price and I am very disappointed.

Failed delivery. No contact from the company.

I purchased a bed cover on 7/3 and was advised delivery would take 3-4 working days. Nearly 2 weeks later there is no sign of the cover. I have already emailed the company twice asking for an update but they have not bothered responding. And before they say anything, I did check my junk folder and it’s not there. They flood my inbox with endless messages about discount codes, but I’d prefer if they actually provided me either with a tracking code for imminent delivery or a refund. If I don’t hear from them within 24 hours I’ll request my bank to get involved.

Missing delivery and refunds withheld

My review - 2 beds ordered where ordered in December , no confirmation email or delivery information received so i made contact when i got a reply it was days later to be told it had arrived, only 1 bed was delivered, so here was the start of my issues. I have emailed, commented on Facebook posts, inboxed via messenger, replied to a text offering a discount if i made an order without joy until i sent an email with a date to reply or i was contacting the bank as they had not fulfilled the order, i then got a reply, in the end i was able to return the bed i received at my expense and had no contact to advise they had received this and still nothing done about the missing bed and no proof supplied it had been delivered.
After more calls, texts and emails i was offered a refund only for the returned bed and not for the missing delivery, the money was not paid as stated n a text and email so i opened a disputed payment through my bank and got my money back bar the postage to return 1 bed.

My experience was shocking and when i had sent several messages as did not get regular replies was told they cannot monitor to reply quickly, they can when its to receive payment though. I have struggled with a refund until the bank stepped in, I'm sure those who got their order find the product great but for me i will shop elsewhere in future and advise people to avoid this company

Will not respond - Horrific to deal with

Have placed an order and requested a return of the order as per standard uk statutory consumer rights. I have sent 2 emails and a recorded delivery letter as advised by a friend who is a solicitor. No response. The foam in the Jumbo sofa is not the same foam as was previously used it is absolutely rock hard and as such is not suitable for an arthritic or any dog with any joint problems. Whilst foam needs to be firm the top does need to be softer to allow joints to mould into the foam. This foam is so rock hard that it puts severe pressure onto a dogs joints and will exacerbate any joint / arthritic problem. I therefore requested a return in replacement outer parcel box as they vacuum pack the bed and as such it will now not go into the original box . I have advised i will rebox , however they have not had the courtesy of a reply even though they
just allow replacement under consumer law. As others have said they are absolutely horrendous to deal with once monies have been taken. Avoid at all costs. This is a shame as the quality of the covers etc is great.

Was happy with original order but when…

Was happy with original order but when I tried to order replacement covers, total nightmare. Just keep being fobbed off, told order will be with me shortly, and nothing. Once you've paid out for the original expensive bed, they don't seem to care.

Just not the same anymore…..

I used this company when they first set up and it was great. But more recently, it’s just not the same. Communication is poor - I placed two orders, but only received one. I contacted them to chase, apparently they had ran out of stock but also overlooked the initial order not received. I was told I would get a refund, and four weeks later, nothing. I had to email them to remind them, I then got a refund but not even a message to acknowledge they had forgotten or an apology.

Just not the same as they were great at first, really caring so not sure if the company has changed hands possibly.
