I bought this bed primarily for my 9 year old arthritic Rottweiler, and she loves it, she has been so comfortable, it's big enough so she can move about without falling off. We got the XL size so that our 6 month old Rottie pup can share with her without them being squished! The beds are so well made, they have removable cover so you can wash it, you can purchase extra covers if you like. It's great bed that's going to last a long time, definitely recommend both the bed and K9 Beds, they provided an excellent service!

I bought the K9 dog bed two years ago, it’s still in the same condition. My Rotti cross absolutely loves it, she’s allowed on the sofa but most the time she just takes her self to bed and chills.It’s so comfy, it’s the best think I have ever bought for Roxy. I must of gone though 6 different beds in 2 years. I highly recommend, defiantly worth the extra cost of a cheap bed that doesn’t last.

Brilliant bed super comfortable dogs love it I went for XL which is big! I have two English bulldogs who use it as a wrestling ring!
Cover is easy to remove for cleaning.
By far the best dog bed I’ve ever had.

Good quality, dogs love it. The jumbo one is big, really comfy, well made, purchased the extra cover also. The grand kids also love it 😀.

Great value beds.
The covers are removable and I have extra ones for when they need washing. Have a waterproof cover underneath so the bed stays clean. The mattress keeps its shape and they must be super comfortable as my two German Shepherd's are never off them.
I would certainly recommend K9 Beds to everyone.

The most unprofessional company i ever dealt with.
I have ordered a bed for my dog few days before Christmas. It was marked as dispatched and to be delivered on 28-29th of December.
I haven't got it by the estimated date so I have emailed asking to cancel my order and to have my money refunded.

Fantastic quality bed and cover. Bought the jumbo size which is big enough for all our 3 golden retrievers. Highly recommended

Really good quality beds. We have the L sofa bed for our dog and the covers are hard-wearing and withstand our dog’s attempts at digging! He enjoys lying on the bed too as it’s comfortable and he can lie back and be supported by the surrounds. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend this company.

Bought XL for my 2 Springers. They love it. I think the support provided by the bed is the difference as neither of mine like a squashy soft bed.

,I recently ordered a bed from K9 Beds, but the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. The bed took over two weeks to arrive, and during that time, I had to send several emails just to find out where it was. Their lack of response was infuriating, especially as they continued to send marketing emails while ignoring my inquiries.

When the bed finally arrived, it seemed to be of good quality but was unfortunately too small for my dog. The return process was equally frustrating. After sending two emails, I finally received a response saying they would accept the return, but no further instructions were provided. I had to dig through the 'Shop' app to find the return address myself.

Even after they received the bed, I had to chase them for over a week and send multiple follow-up emails to get my refund. The lack of communication, the slow response times, and the constant marketing emails during these delays made the entire process unnecessarily stressful.

While the product quality seemed decent, the poor customer service means I cannot recommend K9 Beds.

The bed is lovely but dispatch was really slow and communication poor.

Really great beds from a genuine and caring company. I bought an XL bed some years ago for my arthritic lurcher. Both bed and dog are still going strong!
I bought a bed for my mums huge rescue greyhound and have since purchased a second XL for my pack of hounds.
The beds are extremely durable, showing very little wear. The removable cover is super handy to keep the bed fresh.
I cannot recommend these beds enough. Exceptional quality at great prices!

I researched for a long time what type of new dog beds to get my rescued greyhounds after being tired of the mid range ones going flat and out of shape as well as my Grus taking up the sofas and beds. I bought an xl orthopaedic dog bed for one of my greyhounds after seeing the 45% discount. Genuinely a fabulous bed and well worth the money. My greyhounds are ex-racers so by the time they come to us they have sore joints and a few quirks too!! My brindle girl loves the XL bed and she is a 35kg girl who wears a 32” coat so she’s not small. She can roach in it, sleep sprawled out or just use the raised corners for comfort. After this purchase Josh from K9 kindly sent a discount code out and in their Black Friday deals I got a jumbo bed for my big noodle boy:45kg and huge. The jumbo bed cost less than the xl with all the money off. The delivery is good and the xl bed came made up whereas the jumbo has to be put together - not technical more like shoving the raised corners and base into the outer cover. On construction of the jumbo bed my brindle girl decided she would like this bed too but after I moved it into the kitchen they both fit quite happily together on the jumbo bed: there is enough room happily for them…my girl is not a sharer either so goes to show the space. My big noodle has now moved from the sofa to the jumbo bed and is more comfortable on his own dog bed than he was on the sofa. I never write reviews for anything but it felt more than appropriate to do so on these beds. My view is: if you have a rescued greyhound and want a decent bed that lasts and helps them get the orthopaedic dog bed from K9. I’m not getting anything for submitting this review nor have any connection to the company and happen to be a real person.

Exactly what I ordered!!
It's very rare to order a product online and receive exactly what you asked for,the picture you see is what you get from a UK based company!! That in itself is worth every penny... I bought the large for a senior labrador with elbow displaysia, hip displaysia and osteoarthritis, he looks so comfortable on it!! As does his feline brother..🤣🤣 you can't put a price on this level of comfort..❤️

Bought an XL bed, very happy with it.

Got another dog so bought a medium bed. It didn’t fit (my fault). Website says they do returns but no phone number so not sure what to do.

Commented on Fb again, got a message from them.

The conversation was quite difficult. They seemed very unhappy about the review I’d left. I explained why and expected them to be apologetic but they weren’t. They offered to exchange the bed but only if I took the review down. Eventually an exchange was agreed and i agreed to take review down. I did this immediately and sent proof. I never heard from them again.

All this time I am waiting with the bed in a big box that needs to go back in my front room and my dog is sleeping on towels. Wouldn’t be half as upset if I had been told at the outset that they wouldn’t exchange or given an a timescale so I knew what to expect.

I anticipate that they will not be happy when they see this but I don’t see any point in discussing it further as it didn’t work the last time and I have waited long enough. I will give away the bed and spend more money on another one from somewhere else. I have screenshots of everything if any of this is disputed but this has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety so I respectfully request no further contact from this company.

I'd seen adverts on social media for K9 Beds and I'd read the reviews, which all seemed positive, so we bought a large bed for our german shepherd pup. He absolutely loves it! Must admit... we've laid on it a few times and it really is comfy! For the price of it, I'd say it's worth it.

This is our 2nd purchase from K9 beds. We downsize from the jumbo to the xl just to make it a bit easier to move from room to room. Our great danes love them and we love the fact that they have comfort and plenty of support for their joints. We bought the jumbo bed last year and all 3 danes can fit on it. It also has been used for visitors to sleep on and Ive been told it was more comfortable than their bed at home 🤣

Our oldest dog has been treated to a large bed today. Liz has settle straight away ( she is normally a wild child) Honestly over the moon with how comfortable she has made herself. Great quality . Highly recommend
