I had difficulty in installing the MS…
I had difficulty in installing the MS Office 2021 that I bought from KA Licences, so I contacted its chat line for help. That was about 6:30am Sunday in Finland. Georges was the person helping me to sort out the problem. Not being a computer geek, it took slightly more than half-an-hour before the issue was sorted and the program could finally be installed and activated. I was really impressed with Georges' service and skills. Throughout our interaction, he was consistently polite, friendly and thorough. I am so grateful for the service, and will definitely recommend KA Licences to my friends. Thank you.
