Highly recommend

I initially signed up for therapy for SAD and OCD via my council's IAPT initiative and by some miracle I received Kelly-Anne as my therapist! She was so amazing that after my sessions through IAPT finished I continued with Kelly-Anne as a private client.

She somehow completely understood every jumbled thought I put to her, made me feel so normal when I was telling her my scariest intrusive thoughts, and struck the perfect balance between being supportive and pushing me to challenge myself. I didn't doubt for a second that her priority was always my progression, even if this was at her own expense (e.g. being very accommodating of my difficult schedule).

I couldn't imagine working through my SAD and OCD with anyone else. When I started therapy the thought of talking about things was horrendous, now that I've finished I'm genuinely going to miss my sessions with Kelly-Anne!

Caring and dedicated

Kelly-Anne helped me a lot over the past few months which was probably the most challenging time of my life. I was overwhelmed at work, I was waking up with nausea, the whole body shaking, sweating and I didn't manage to cope anymore. I was such in a bad shape that it was hard for me to communicate at the beginning of the therapy. But after a few sessions she managed to make me feel in a safe environment. Her listening skills, questions and advices helped me to release a lot of negativity and week after week I was feeling better. More importantly she has helped me to understand the thinking patterns I have built throughout my life that led me to social anxiety.
Best wishes and thank you again!

Open and caring

Kelly-Anne was incredibly easy to open up to during a challenging time in my life brought on by excessive stress and anxiety issues at work. I would whole heartedly recommend her.

Kelly changed my life

Kelly changed my life after my life had irrevocably changed following the unexpected, sudden death of my 8-year old son. She identified my support needs and helped me learn how to navigate my future and support my family. I feel like I have a tool box I can go to and think 'what would Kelly say' when faced with challenges or difficult days. Most importantly, she acknowledged the sadness that will always be present for me and that it's not something to get over or move on from but how important it is to create space for my son.

Would recommend

I had 10 sessions with Kelly after being referred from the NHS, she is a lovely person, and I immediately felt comfortable opening up to her. I felt extremely validated with my struggles and never felt judged either, making her a wonderful person to work with.

Highly recommended

Highly recommended. I was referred to Kelly last year and attended quite a few sessions on a weekly basis. She created a fantastically comfortable environment so it didn't take me long before I opened up. A healthy environment is an absolutely non-negotiable 'starter' for a successful therapy/counselling- one is unlikely to progress if s/he feels confined in any way. She is a great listener very much focused on helping her patients. I was given a lot of space to talk about various issues and she helped me to truly understand my behavioural patterns. She wasn't judgmental or dismissive of my emotions; she patiently talked though every emotion I was experiencing at that time and showed me how to address it through various practical tools.
