My experience with Ka.nz was…

My experience with Ka.nz was disappointing. I joined the Zoom meeting using the link provided through the “Add to Calendar” option in their email, but I was later told that I had used the wrong link.

Rather than acknowledging that there may have been an issue with their website or calendar invitation, the responsibility was placed on me. The situation could have been handled more professionally by reviewing the error, admitting the possibility of a technical issue, and offering a clear apology.

Accurate meeting links, respectful communication, and accountability are essential. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.
