Buyers beware of exorbitant hidden costs.

I was shocked to learn that the company charges £50 to "process a return". This is a truly exorbitant amount. As someone who regularly shops online from European websites, e.g. Mytheresa, Farfetch, etc., I can also say with certainty that it is excessive. The most I have ever been charged for postage is £12. And their prices are compatible with UK prices for the goods. Kaai website does state the £50 charge at the end of a column of 4 lines and I missed it. The second column states shipping fees are free over £125 in the UK. I have never come across return processing fees before so was reassured. I feel that I have been exploited. Would anyone order an item in the knowledge that they would have to pay a £50 return processing fee?
