I ordered 3 pair sunglasses 1 for the…

I ordered 3 pair sunglasses 1 for the gf and 2 for me.
They all arived a diff day sure. They all took more than 2 weeks 1at pair was 3 weeks. 2nd the 4th week and final pair i think 6 weeks now.
But im sattisfied with them they r exactly the pair they r supposed to be.
Theyre in good condition.
Most importantly i GOT what i paid for so i dont feel ripped off who cares if it takes awhile.

Rip off Chinese company

Rip off Chinese company. I order a phone case for 24.95 and it took over three weeks to get it here. Two weeks after I got it I dropped my Iphone 6 in a parking lot and had to get a new phone which is an Iphone 11 which will not fit in the case. I order a new case from Amazon yesterday evening and it arrived today. As it turned out is the exact case (a little bigger) than the one from Kaaum. It was 15.95. So I paid 10.00 more and waited 23 days to get what I got from Amazone in 18 hours. Save your time and money and buy from an American company.

Love my phone case

Love my phone case, great quality, couldn't be better. And the price was half that from other places. Only thing is to know the shipping to the US takes up to two months. I suspect it's a bit longer due to the current pandemic. Excellent communication with customer service. I highly recommend, as I mentioned before just be patient with the long shipping time.

BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

On June 4 I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from the posting on Facebook. Of course all the shoes didn’t arrive at the same time but that was okay. When the 1st pair arrived and my husband tried them on they were too small. I sent an email requesting a return address to ship the shoes back and get a full refund. The 1st response did not include the address but asked if the size chart on the website was used. I responded back yes the chart was used and to send me the return address. The response to that was the cost to return the shoes would include a high shipping fee and a long shipment time. They suggested that I keep the shoes, maybe sell them and they can resend me new shoes at a low reasonable price. My response was I am not giving your company any more money and to send me the address. They then responded with an offer of a partial refund and I keep the shoes with the side note with the cost of returning them but STILL NO RETURN ADDRESS! I paid $121.85 and they offered to give me $15 but STILL NO RETURN ADDRESS WAS INCLUDED IN THE EMAIL. In my reply to that email I questioned the return procedure and informed them I was going to write a review about my experience with the company. They then offered a $19 refund if I don’t write a negative review. Really only $4 more and not to tell the truth about my experience. To make a long story short I agreed to the $15 refund and with this posting of my experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM DANJUN ECOMM LTD!!!!

Blind Like bat!!…

This is most definitely a major problem for those who order from kaaum for the first time!! Very very deceitful advertising!!
SCAMMED FOR $270.00!! OOUUCCH!!!!!!!!!

Zero response, zero product

Ordered a pair of shoes for $54 and has been 8+ weeks now. They advertised 1-2 weeks. Shoes went from China to NY, stayed in NY for 5 weeks, stopped in Indiana for 2 weeks, came to downtown LA, went to Inland Empire passing my house along the way, and has been in Riverside county now more than a week. I have emailed company along the way with zero responses.

If I could put zero stars I would

If I could put zero stars I would - I wish that i had read reviews on here before purchasing from these crooks - same story as everyone else sent me the wrong size trainers, blamed me for the error and refusing to refund my money unless they are faulty!! I am going to contact my credit card company and try to get a refund as they are not going to AVOID DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM they are not a US company they are in China and poor quality cheap trainers
UPDATE
Since I purchased the trainers from this company someone has tried to hack my Amazon account and I have been receiving lots of calls from insurance companies, I have also had a speeding fine in the post that was my address but not my name or vehicle so they have obviously sold my details on to criminals.

WORST COMPANY EVER

I ordered two pair of size 14 shoes and they sent me size 12. They would not accept responsibility for sending me shoes that were to small and would not refund my money. They told me to sale them or give them away as a gift and come back and buy again. What???? Please do not support this company, you will regret it.

Kauum sell fakes

Kauum sell fakes. I ordered a "Kaaum Genuine Leather Cowhide Vintage Cross Body Bag For Men - 18316-Brown / 7 / China (x1)"

We received a cheap, pleather immitation. Kauum eventually said they would refund our purchase price (after complaining to PayPal) if we paid for the shipping back to this address. Why on earth would/should we pay to ship the product back to some obscure company and address given that they were dishonest in the first instance. They will no doubt claim they never recieved the goods and thus we are an additional $15 or more out of pocket.

Be very wary of this company. KAUUM is the name they market under but this is the company name that may appear on an invoice.

SCAMMERS

DO NOT order anything Online from KAAUM. 8 weeks and I still have not received my Phone Case. This is by far the worst company to deal with. They send me the wrong glasses after the confirmed my order correct... I send them a mail stating word for word below...

I received my glasses today, (order #949011), sadly this is not what I ordered.

I ordered the C2-blue and received the blue-blue.

I have attached a photo. Please have a look at this.

Then please advise.

Get ready for this... their reply to me;

Hi,
Generally we do not accept return without quality issue or at the fault on our end.
If you insist to return, the return must in original condition as they arrived to you. Please select a liable carrier and note that are not responsible for the return postage or any lost package. Please record the tracking number and contact us for refund or exchange once the return has been returned to us.
If you are agreed with these conditions, please contact us for the return information.

You say,

What does this mean? Does this mean I can buy a specific product from your website, and you can then send me anything you like?

I bought the C2-blue and received the blue-blue thats not the same thing at all... and you think that is ok? Do you ever buy something and then the company gives you something else, and find that okay?

You then go on to say,
"Please record the tracking number and contact us for refund or exchange once the return has been returned to us."

Your at fault and thus should contact me!!! And you made the mistake, not me!!! Therefor the return cost should be at your cost not mine. You send the wrong product!!!

Last but not least,
"If you are agreed with these conditions, please contact us for the return information."
I most certainly DO NOT AGREE...

I will be posting your reply and my response on your website and I will keep doing so if you take it off.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever come across...

No reply from so called website

Orders a pair of shoes, thay were to small, sent them back to an address In england emailed them to tell them this still waiting on either my shoes back or a refund, paid £30 for them am sure it will be the last we will see of that. By far the worst online purchase experience we have had,and by far the worst company we have e er dealt with, AVOID at all costs,

Excellent customer experience.
Ordered shoes instantly, the moment I saw them, because I liked the hi-visibility colors ( I go outside for exercise everyday). I read reviews of Kuuam five minutes after I ordered the shoes (which was April 13), but I decided to give them a fair chance, I did Not cancel my order. Tracking was via USPS, and the shipping label was printed 20 April.
I am well aware of blank sailings, and ships waiting in ports for enough cargo to pay for their voyage.
The shoes arrived June 23 ! They are beautiful. Fit perfectly, very comfortable.
I did not pay for express shipping , I asked for standard shipping, and that’s what I got.

Really poor service

DON'T order from them, ordered a pair of shoes and can't return them, can't find a returns address. Also tried emailing them for the address but no response. Tried complaining again no response. The company is really really bad to deal with can't believe that they are still operating after so many bad reviews.

Is there any negative rating? I feel guilty when I give one star to these scam, cheat, robbers. Please people who see this comment avoide by any means buying anything from this site. What you on the picture is entirely different from the actual item. Besides it takes over a month to get your order delivered. They are absolutely bonkers. I always make orders online, mostly on Amazon. This my first time and I didn't read any comments before taking action. Now I warn everybody, don't loose your money.
