No customer service
I booked a stay at Kabannas London ST. Pancras for New Year's Eve for two days. When I returned after the New Year's Eve gathering to the hostel after a New Year's party after midnight a guy in bunk above mine was sick and went to the bathroom twice, coughed and hacked all over the place.
I explained to the male working at the reception around 3am that the man was sick and coughing bad and seemed about to throw-up. I also asked to change rooms. The guy said there were no beds and that if I wanted to change rooms I had to completely check-out before 10am and that I could not check-in until after 4pm. Despite the expected rain and all the stores closed there would be nowhere to go. The male employee didn't care and left it at that. So I checked out around 0847hrs on 1 Jan 2024 as I felt sick staying there.
