Logged in and started playing a game that really (actually!) was on the way to a big win. Then the game immediately closes, they log me out of the casino, and I can't log in again. Tried clearing cookies, tried incognito mode, tried different device - several times. (Btw, this has never helped anywhere). Still couldn't log in though. Have had 5 chat conversations with their "customer service" but they insist everything looks right on their end so they do nothing. They refuse to refund my deposit. It cannot be called anything other than theft.
