Absolute legends I messed up with my…

Absolute legends I messed up with my payment plan with boom town and they helped me sort it so I could still attend the festival even tho it would have been fair to not allow me to attend it . Absolute legends (especially Emily)

Had purchased a ticket for We Out Here…

Had purchased a ticket for We Out Here then a family event meant I am unable to go. Spoke to Olivia from the customer care team and she talked me through the whole process of cancelling my ticket and next steps. She was incredible and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Have used Kaboodle a few times now and they have never let me down. Thank you Olivia.
