Five stars — without hesitation.

We just wrapped up a full-house renovation and the experience was remarkable start to finish. Floors, floor heating, bathrooms, walls knocked out, kitchen prep, ceilings, stairs — a complete transformation down to the bones.

He is the contractor you dream of but rarely find. Super reliable, incredibly communicative, and a project manager who genuinely has everything under control. When challenges came up (and they always do), we were never left in the dark. Every issue came with clear options and a plan to keep us on budget.

What really blew us away was how much he actually cared. He didn't just execute — he thought along with us and helped us make smarter decisions throughout. He and his team are an absolute joy to work with.

The end result speaks for itself. Our home is transformed. Hire him — you won't regret it.

We had a pleasant experience working with Vadim and his team. He is patient and listening, he pays attention to details with his work. He and his team did painting for the whole house including all doors, windows and laid laminate in 2 floors. Right from the start, he gave advice on paint colors and even helped us choose the right paint type based on our requirements.

The floors were also laid neatly with precise cuts and corners. We installed the plinths on the floor with him and he did a very good job with sealing them and also caulking all the gaps.

The only things he should have done is to give a better advice on the underfloor. We reused over underfloor which he said was in good condition and hence we did not change it. But now in some places it is hollow and feels like the floor is sinking.

Overall he is good and also quite flexible, we had other contractors too, and there were some delays and he was quite flexible to accommodate that situation.
Some extra work came along and he helped with that very well and communicated us. Thanks for the hard work!

We've hired Vadim for a large-scale renovation project: full removal of old constructions, new floor insulation and floor heating followed by finishing. New walls constructionand door installation, plastering, painting and finishing works. Full new bathroom installation.
All work was completed efficiently and on time. Moreover since that project Vadim is always available for consultation and advice even outside the scope of previous renovation, and even now far after the project is completed, he remains available for consultations.
We highly recommend his services and will definitely use him again if needed.

I recently hired KACTA Bouw to carry out some major repairs in my house, and I'm very much satisfied with the results. Over the course of 2+ weeks, they replaced my kitchen furniture, installed a new gas boiler, and laid down new flooring. From start to finish, the team was professional, diligent, and highly skilled.

They completed everything exactly when they said they would, which is a rare quality in this industry.
