Ordered multiple cards from a live stream. Staff were happy to help adjust the shipping. Arrived fairly quickly considering its a busy time of year for Royal Mail. Cards were well packed and at Japan prices! Very quick to respond when I thought I had an issue but it was a mistake on my part. I would definitely order with them again

Kado have done it again. They genuinely are the best Pokémon card company ever. Vmax climax booster box sent in careful packaging and quickly. If you haven't bought from them before, I can't recommend them enough, nothing but satisfied by this company.

Ordered multiple times from Kado and have always received high quality of service.
On my latest order I did not receive part of the order but dropped an email enquiring and received an almost immediate response informing me that the order had been split in two to make sure that both pieces arrived safely!
This made total sense due to the shape of one of the objects.
