My experience with this company is…
My experience with this company is generally quite good but the biggest complaint I have is the length of time it takes from placing my order to receiving it!
It often takes up to nine or ten working days for the order to arrive which is not very efficient.
Also they only offer An Post as a delivery option, whereas if they offered for eg. DPD, their delivery service is usually much faster!

Used to use all the time.
Went to buy cheap creme Brulee pods they were 110 2 years ago now 235 whilst the others in that range are 60p or more cheaper.
Then I read the ingredients.
Caking agents as bulking agents.
No thanks that's disgusting for so called caramel milk pods.

Awful Delivery Service
The products take for ever to come by Royal Mail and also the tracking doesn’t match up .Got an email from Royal Mail asking how the delivery was when the products hadn’t even been delivered.I checked the tracking which stated the delivery had been made that morning ,luckily I have a ring doorbell so I was able to check the time Royal Mail had stated and found this not to be true.I then contacted Kaffek who then responded the next day saying the delivery had been made and I should check around my property.To cut a long story short Royal Mail had delivered the parcel the day after they said they had and I didn’t receive an apology from Kaffek .
