In regards to the dealings of our mother's estate we were happy with what they did and their costs. It was clearly explained upfront as to what the procedures were and the delays in the system at the time, which meant a timescale for completion could not be given to us. Maralyn and her assistant Emma were easy to deal with and worked with us via email as we were in different parts of the country, which helped us to minimize the number of trips we needed to make to visit their office and see them in person. The service received was very good, despite the delays with government agencies in dealing with the tax, probate and land registry issues and we were kept in formed of the progress as it progressed Thanks.
