Awful! Never received item and customer service was absolutely no help! Buyer beware!!

This company is a scam as it is.
I ordered, got the confirmation and then - nothing. After 6 weeks I asked about my order. Was told the item was „unfortunately“ out of stock and „unfortunately“ they can’t offer a refund. E-mailed back and forth about a refund. They didn’t budge. So I escalated it to the PayPal Buyer Protection and got my money eventually. Do not order!! Highly suspicious seller. Also try and get your money back if you can with PayPal.

This Kaila boutique are scammers!!showing clothes online using nice images probably AI photos and then you buy the clothes they deliver to you a totally poor quality clothes not even looking close to what they advertised on the pictures .Even after communicating and returning the item to get my refund since December and we now in February,haven’t received any refund.
What an absolutely disgusting company!!! I hope one day they get caught and even not ship poor quality items to Britain.

Thieves! Like everyone else here I wish I read the reviews before ordering. They have scripted responses to my requests. I have never received my stuff or my money. I hope they get what they deserve!

Wish I could give a negative score. I also should have checked reviews...never received a shipment notification....never received the item....scripted response when I asked about item. Never again!

Fake. This is not a retired business. It is overseas. I didn't get the jacket I ordered. After a month they came back and said that no longer had it and would have to send me something else. The jacket I received is not a true medium and it's cheap. Refused to give me a refund. Don't buy from here.

It is a scam I ordered a a month ago and never received anything and of course no refund.
I wished I read the other reviews before ordering! Stay away from them!

This site is a TOTAL ripoff. It took them a month to tell me the item I ordered was not in stock. They were willing to replace
It with something else but their policy is not to give a refund. They took my money on an item they knew wasn't in stock and refused to return my money. That's stealing. Then I decided to order a replacement item (stupid on my part) 3 weeks later I received something that I didn't order.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I am honestly having the the EXACT same issue. Ordered (Jan 2026), an XL Pink coat and a black dress. Informed me they were out of stock for the coat, I asked for a refund and they gave me the run around stating it had been sent, it wasnt I only received the dress. How are they allowed to get away with it!!

I have written numerous emails to Kaila Boutique similar:

I must reiterate that I do not accept a credit note or an alternative item.
The order should not have been accepted, nor payment taken, for an item
that was not in stock. Your shop was also advertised as closing down!

Under consumer law, when a retailer is unable to supply the goods
purchased, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Internal policies do
not override these consumer rights.

This email should be treated as my final request for a refund. Please
confirm when the refund has been processed.

Their reply is to provide an alternative product which is a no or a discount coupon again is a no. You can approach your bank and request a form to complete for the full amount.

Please note this is a scam.

I wish I would have looked up reviews. I ordered a dress in October 2025 it’s now February 2026 and I still haven’t received it. I’ve been in communication with them and they’re telling me they are looking into it. I just want my money back. When I said I no longer want the dress and just wanted the refund, they go dark. No communication.

I placed an order with Kaila Boutique on January 6 for a dress needed for a time-sensitive event, based on the advertised 5–9 business day delivery and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
More than 19 days later, the item was still in transit with no delivery date, no last-mile carrier assigned, and confusing routing (the package reached my city and was then rerouted to another state). Because the dress did not arrive in time, I had to purchase a replacement at additional cost.
Despite multiple emails and clear documentation, the company refused to issue a refund, stating that they do not process refunds for items still in transit — even though the product was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe and missed its intended purpose.
Communication was largely scripted, and responsibility was shifted to the shipping carrier rather than offering a customer-focused resolution.
I’m sharing this experience so others are aware of the shipping delays, lack of flexibility, and refund challenges I encountered. Unfortunately, this was not the level of service I expected.

Wild that companies like this can operate. I ordered a jumpsuit and what arrived looked NOTHING like what I ordered. They won't refund me or acknowledge any wrong doing. Unreal. Straight criminals. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Ordered a jersey from them, 2 weeks ago. Have still not received it. When checking when it will be delivered, I informed they will send a email as soon as they send the parcel. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Do not buy these people are scammers I bought my birthday dress from them and it came months later late. What I received is completely different from what I ordered on top of that the dress isn’t even the right size. I wish I could attach pictures to show how bad it is.

I can fully relate to the other reviews nd wish to have read them before ordering. Instead of seemingly quality products displayed on the website, very cheap dresses arrived. I returned one of at for expensive cost and didn’t get the refund yet. Ping pong of emails written by AU and not at all referring to the content of my note, claiming to not have received the return after 3 months and returning the money upon receipt. To my request to get a natural person or management level involved I did receive over and over the same response. My recommendation - Don’t buy at this shop!

This is a scam. I ordered a dress, but it never arrived. When I emailed them, they claimed it was already delivered, but the delivery date they gave was the same day I hadn’t even placed the order yet. That’s when I checked their website more closely and noticed the owner photo looked AI generated, the product images were copied, and most reviews were negative. After I called this out in an email, they stopped responding. It became clear this was not a real business.

I think they are a drop shipping site or something similar, that uses a 3rd party shipping company. I had to pay for counterfeit shipping label and they assumed no responsibility or expression of looking into the matter. If you are going to use a shady shipping company, maybe at least take this concern seriously and consider a different shipping method for your products - at the end of the day making the customer pay for it is bad business.

Any clothes you buy is false advertising nothing comes as described or looks how it does on website! You also have to pay the return back to china or they only offer up to 15% refund! Absolute joke and waste of money. Do not buy from here.
