Superb as always

This was my third order with Kaisertech and as always they were super helpful immediately rang me to let me know something I had ordered wasn't in-stock and gave me multiple options and support to ensure I got what I needed as soon as possible genuinely would recommend them as there service is genuinely always first class regardless of whether your order is for £3 worth of consumables or £3000 worth of new hardware

Quick despatch and delivery

I needed some JBC tips for a new soldering iron. I didn't want to buy the Chinese copies so I hunted around and found Kaisertech.
Although I had not heard of them before, the website (& prices) certainly give the impression that they deal in the 'better' end of the electronics manufacturing equipment market.
Anyway, they had a huge selection of JBC tips and it was easy to find the ones I wanted.
Online ordering was straight forward and the prices seemed reasonable. In the end I placed two orders about 2 weeks apart.
Both my orders were placed before 1pm. They were despatched same day and delivered by UPS the next day even though I used the free delivery option.
As far as I can tell the tips are genuine and work perfectly.
Overall, a 5 star service

Terrible service and unprofessional

If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Sales manager was very rude, unprofessional and condescending over email. Sales manager N.Diegues

Paid for UPS NEXT DAY as stated on invoice but the courier used was not the one I paid for instead it was the standard delivery as it took 3 days after dispatch for it to arrive, refused to refund me the delivery costs since I didn’t get the service I paid for, he lied about when it would be sent/arrive. Took 12 days for it to finally arrive.

Website provides false misleading information to customers about stock levels and delivery dates, shockingly confirmed over email by the unprofessional sales manager.

100% will never buy from this company again.

Fast delivery, good customer service

I had a good experience ordering from Kaisertech. My initial order had one item not exactly matching the description (I ordered a “straight” cable but I received a “curly” version), I contacted their customer support and Jon got back to me immediately. He sent me the straight version which arrived quickly. I was very pleased with their quick and helpful service.

Late Delivery Dates

Ordered some soldering tips, if you spend over £50 you get Free UK Delivery which is a nice touch. Ordered on the 2nd January, and as of today (16th January) I've still not received the items. I've had to chase rather than a courtesy email/call. I think Standard UK Delivery is maximum 3-5 working days.

I was told when confirming order details that I would have received the tips this week, also told a big batch of tips is coming on Monday, and the items will be delivered to me next day. There was options at additional cost for next day delivery, I wonder if it would be the same outcome had I paid for the extra.

Appalling Service

Ordered a Lindstrom cutter. Got an email the same day that said we would receive the cutter later that week. Then no cutter arrived, no updates, no response to emails, and finally, now they have admitted that the item is not in stock and they are going to cancel the order. Really terrible service as now it is too late to try to order the cutter from somewhere else, to give to my sister as a Christmas present.

I ordered work boots on November 28th

I ordered work boots on November 28th. When I ordered, it said delivery would take 14 days. But after that time, I still haven't received the tracking number. I don't think my boots have even been shipped.
