Do not get in the trap!!! I have never received anything and lost 123 EUR!!!

These are scammers - website looks very professional selling Zara homeware at discount prices. The items I ordered never arrived and I was sent a thank-you card. Stay away - do not part with your hard earned cash. They string you along with messages and you will never receive the goods.

This company are bunch of con artists. After sending them numerous messages concerning the status of my order, today I got a parcel with a thank you card and nothing else. They rubbed me if my £80 order and I have not received anything for it. I am so frustrated and angry how such companies are run through shopify. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Kaisites is a scam - sent a thank you card after stealing my money

One star is too much I ordered 5 items after 3 weeks I had a gift tag through the post saying ‘thank you’ and a notification my order had been delivered - total scam DO NOT waste your time or money on these scammers !!!!!

I ordered 5 tops from the website and sent an e-mail with a tracker number. This number is unregistered in the tracker system. I have written to the sender and Kasswear both have been ignored. Don’t use, seem fake and feel I have been scammed.

I haven’t received my order for 5months and when I asked about it via email Kaissywear spoke to me in a different language.
Like?!

I order something last year December but till this day I haven't received my parcel. It's half a year now but there's no update. I try to email but I get ignored and now I get notices saying the email address does not exist.

I ordered here 2 times before. Took a while but I got my order. This time I placed a big order and it’s been 2 months still haven’t got anything! I was apart of the ambassador program and was gonna start promoting which is why I got the big order but I see they’re just a scam! No updates, the pages they were messaging me off of are deleted, and no email response! And Like someone else said the website is all of a sudden in Spanish! Give me my refund fr!!

I’m completely furious with this brand at this point... we were communicating when you wanted me as a brand ambassador... it’s about to be 2 months and honey I’ve purchased from overseas before and unless you’re a wish type company, there should be some type of communication even after you got my money...shipping information leads to nothing, can’t get a response on any of the 5 pages that are on Instagram (yes five) , the website now is in Spanish lol and the bad part is I was extremely excited to collaborate... now I’ll make sure nobody that I know purchases from your site... and wastes their money. It’s upsetting to know that people will go through great lengths to scam you... and as for the reviews... I don’t even want it anymore... just shoot me my refund!!

I bought a two piece outfit , then a couple days later bought the “Annie” purse ........ that was back in january , it is now APRIL ... about to be the end of April and the last 2/3 times ive contacted them about this purse they didnt even respond..... nor have they even issued me a refund , just said that their “shipping was delayed”

I’m Apart of the Brand Ambassador Program and although it takes the packages a Good while to arrive I was very satisfied with the Quality and fit of their clothing and is waiting on two more orders I’ve placed very excited for My Packages to Arrive I’ll Be Rocking My Kaissywear All Summer Stunting!!!

I placed an order with you all over months ago I placed this order on becoming a brand ambassador and building my product line but know that I’ve waited months for my order to have my products to use as an ambassador I don’t know if I even wanna move forward with your company to do business it does not look good on y’all behalf with me now it wouldn’t be good for customers that I recruit in the future I need someone to follow back up with me urgently in regards to this matter as well as a request for a refund has been submitted. #36827 #36799

I placed my order in January 2021 so I would be able to become apart of their ambassador program. Here it is mid April 2021 and no order. I've reached out to Brenda through email.... Nothing..... I reached out through DM on instagram..... they said contact Brenda....... so again nothing. The tracking number provided is not a real tracking number so that doesn't tell me where it is or when I should even expect it. When I ask for a refund I get ignored. Im contacting BBB and my local news station with all of these complaints on google I'm sure a lawsuit will be coming soon Brenda.

This company approached me on Instagram to become an ambassador should of ignored the request but I’m a mother to a new born thought by buying the clothes would make me get my confidence back but have been waiting for my package still no sign it’s been over 2 months have emailed several times only to be ignored an the worst part is I recommended the clothing site to my friends no I look like a liar by far the worst company can’t believe I was fooled into buying clothing from them

So I finally received my package 2 months later. I’m mad as hell! I ordered the Taisha outfit in XL / Blue. I LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!! Not even close! I STILL want my money back. I’m really pissed because I waited 2 whole months for something that’s totally different than what I wanted.

I've ordered from January 29th, 2021 and I haven't received my merch. I've kept reporting my package and still no response please don't tell me bout COVID19 delay BRENDA run me my money cause you blocked me on Instagram and my tracking number is fake just like website. I'll be reporting till i shut down your Instagram account. BROKE HOE BRENDA

I ordered on March 8th it was shipped out on March 10th. The tracking number doesn’t work and I email them yesterday and last week and they said it’s been ship but it hasn’t arrived! I signed up to be a brand ambassador and got a good discount but I’m highly upset because I haven’t got my package and nobody hasn’t responded to my email. I been trying to get this issue resolved for almost a week!
