Responded to my email VERY quickly, and told me exactly what i was wanting to hear. Im truly impressed by that level of customer service, and will look their way for any future purchases. Their products work very well also, well worth the price! Only thing i wish is if the backlit light on screen would stay on infinitely instead of just 20 sec on my amp clamp.

Better than expected!
Finally my old multimeter give up on me so i was lost on the market for a new one, i didn't want to spend big bucks on a high end brand since i only use this as a diy basis so i read some good things about this brand and decided to give it a try, and i am super happy with my purchase! Everything on this multimeter looks like top notch, the quality of the materials is great, not cheap plastic feeling so hopefully i will enjoy it for a long time!
