The pans are everything the site says - low heat, non stick, easy to clean etc. Yes, they are expensive, but you really get quality that lasts as opposed to breakdown releasing toxins into your cooking.
Used my pan for the first time to make an omelet this morning . Followed the preheat, water test directions. The omelet cooked perfectly, no sticking or falling apart, which often occurred with my old pan. Loving it so far!
I purchased the 14 piece titanium cookware set and I must say I’m very satisfied with it.
I just moved to my own apartment and needed new appliances. For kitchen specially I decided I wanted to invest in great quality tools and came across Kaizen cookware. I was convinced as soon as I saw it’s non toxic AND non stick! That was the most important thing to me since I want to cut everything that is not healthy in the long run. The non stick made cooking very easy and convenient. Whenever I cook eggs I just add some drops of oil and the eggs slide right off!
Received the pan with its cover. However, the certification regarding its titanium construction was not included. Other than that, the pan performs as claimed in the advertisement. I hope it will last for many years—perhaps even a lifetime!

A bit of a problem with a delayed order, and pan gone missing. HOWEVER Jasper at Kaizen was on to it, and speedily resolved the situation.

The pan cooks well and love that it does not leach chemicals but there was no info about the pan and cleaning it so my meat stuck to the pan (thought it was like a non-stick) and cleaning it too so time as I had to research about the pan, which I found out that it needs to cool down before cleaning and of course only sponge - i finally got it clean
