Another fantastic visit to Charlotte at Kaizen today. I was booked for a review and to start another treatment however Charlotte advised that I should wait a short while to start my treatment to ensure I would get the best results. How refreshing to be given honest and expert advice which was based purely on what was best for me as a client. So professional, always friendly and consistently made very welcome and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I love the girls at kaizen, they are all so nice and welcoming.. Danika is taking care of my treatment at the moment, she’s so lovely and friendly,always makes me feel at ease and checks I’m ok, I’ve also had some sessions with Charlotte and she’s lovely too, just genuinely nice people:)
