The worst customer support ever, responses after 3 weeks
Purchased a Momas bike in April, it arrived when it was supposed to. All good. After 2 weeks of light use to commute to work the central part, where the motor is, it's loosen. I asked them how to proceed and they gave me the address of a bike shop in Tromso, saying they are the one authorised to touch and work with that part of the bike (Because if I would have done it by myself it would have not been covered by the warranty). Once I go to the shop, they say they have no partnership and they are not going to repair Momas bike. Fair enough. I got in touch with Kajakk og Fritid again -email and customer service chat - they suggested to send the bike back and had it repaired. It took one month before they would send the box and the documents to send the bike. The bike was sent the 19th of July 2023. I tried to speed up the process and have it sent before the end of August (because in between my working life has changed and I would have moved to another country) but they didnt answer to my email.
18th of September 2023, I spent 12000 NOK and have no bike, plus NO ONE IS ANSWERING MY EMAILS.

Super fast response,very helpful.
I called for help regarding ordering an e-bike and got immediate help from the person I talked to. He was very sympathetic and listened to what I asked, and acted right away! Just few seconds and I got an email confirming my order. It's impressive!

No Stress
I made an incorrect purchase, on the day it was to be shipped out I easily contacted a customer care rep via the chat, who immediately stopped the shipment and refunded the purchase. This saved me going through the angrett process and pleasantly suprised me. I will shop again with Kajakk og Fritid :)
